The absolute advantage of this place was the owner Tomas; even though we could not communicate much in English, he had an electronic translator handy. It really makes you feel good when you stay with such a helpful and accommodating host. The location is very good (not a long walk from the train station), metro station nearby, we also had a balcony. The place in general is simple, but if your aim is to spend the night only - it is really sufficient.

We learnt that when you travel with teen kids - you count them as adults. We needed to look for the bedsheets at night and make the bed for the child. Only towels for adults were provided.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with perfect access to transportation. Although situated on a quiet street, it's important to note that it's near a stadium. Keep this in mind during game days, as it can get quite loud. It's conveniently close to the Cereteli subway station, and Station Square is within walking distance. Additionally, you'll find markets, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. The host is exceptionally welcoming and hospitable, making my stay truly pleasant. The warm attitude made me feel as if I was spending time at relatives'.

While the overall experience was positive, there are a few aspects that could enhance the comfort of future stays. The room, carrying a quaint charm, would greatly benefit from some updating, particularly the bathroom. Additionally, I noticed the bed was somewhat uneven, with one side feeling more worn. The cleaning schedule appeared to be less frequent than expected, with towels refreshed once a week and the bed linens not changed during the two-week stay.

I stayed at Hotel Tomas twice during my trip through Georgia. Both stays were great! The staff was very accommodating as they provided a laundry service for me during one stay (for a fee) and then were patient as I sorted out some payment challenges during my second stay. They also held my bag for me after I checked out so that I could explore Tbilisi unburdened before my train left in the evening. All of this while communicating through my very broken Georgian and Russian. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay. We arrived late and the hosts took us to a place where we can eat. Next day we had a trip planned and there were difficulties due to the weather. The hosts kept us updated about the circumstances and also booked us a taxi to the station. The rooms are great at very competitive prices, with all the services needed. Big, clean and quiet. Highly recommended

The room was clean and bright, beds were comfy. The host was super-friendly and always moved towards our needs - from the check-in time to helping my friend when she got sick. The house has a cozy picturesque patio with trees. Besides that, the house is located nearby local market where one can buy local fruits, wine and spices (around 10-15 min walk). Internet connection was also acceptable.

Located in a quiet street, well communicated with the centre.. Everything was very clean. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. We stayed twice during our trip in Georgia. The room with the balcony is perfect.

Hosts Very nice people, they helped with everything, checked us in early, told us about the city, gave us coffee. Location 2 minutes to the bus, 3 minutes to the metro, 15 minutes walk to the station. There is a store and a bank nearby, and a McDonald's near the metro station. Very quiet courtyard and rooms. Room An old house in excellent condition. High ceilings, balcony with a small view, spacious room and bathroom. Good Wifi.

Toma's house is not only a hotel, it felt like home. We had great discussion with the owner and his daughter, both very friendly ! The private balcony is very nice and quiet. It is enjoyable to have your coffee or tea (provided in the room) there. The room is very clean and confortable. And the location is perfect (especialy if you want to try Bassiani famous club !)

Toma’s house is a great place for a stay in Tbilisi! I stayed there in January and was impressed by the high level of service. The staff is friendly and attentive, the room is clean and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Tbilisi. 🔝🔝🔝

Very friendly Personal-they try to help in everything.Good connection to the City-only 300 m to Metro Station.Few Restaurants and Big Supermarket very close,too..Very good for short and also long term stay..
