Good central location and large, clean rooms. We were in a family duplex room and had more than enough space for 4 adults (we also got one spare bed). Breakfast is basic with not much variety, but tasty, and the friendly ladies working in the kitchen were refilling it constantly. There are two supermarkets working 24h 10 meters from the hotel, and many restaurants

The ventilation on the upper level could be better, and the laundry service is extremely expensive. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the laundry service listed on booking, but we ended up using self service cleaning place in the city, since it was 10x cheaper

My children liked the rooms with bed upstair. Very spacious room for our family of 4 (2 Teenagers). The location is a positive as there are many options for restaurants within 700mtrs including Georgian, Turkish, Indian. Main tourist attractions are very near it takes hardly 4-5GEL on a taxi. Importantly all thanks to the hotel staff and special thanks to the front desk lady Ana. As I planned to travel on my own without a tour package. Ms. Ana helped and advised the attractions I can plan for the day. She had further ensured to communicate with the cab driver the drop of point so that we are not lost in a place where it's hard to find help in English. Breakfast is decent with English breakfast freshly made. Parking available if you have rented a car, which I did. My suggestion when booking Gladius Inn. Plan your luggage in one piece for the no. Of days u stay and keep the rest of the unused luggage back in the car. As there is no elevator and carrying all the luggage by self will be little exhausting. Else stay was very relaxing and budget friendly. I chose to stay again in the same hotel coming back from my Gudauri trip. Choosing such hotels will make the trip such successful without any obstacles if travelling first time. All the best Gladius Inn and thank you...

Beautiful room

The page on Booking says there is free parking. There is no parking lot at all! There are a few parking slots along the road which are paid and they are almost always all taken. As foreigners we could not figure out how to pay for the parking there and spent 2 hours looking for a closed guarded parking lot around the city. So we felt let down because we lost precious time instead of walking around the beautiful city.

Reception staff very helpful especially Anna and Quansa, Also Greg helped. Location on main road, very safe. Clean bathroom

Breakfast timing only two hours 9-11 am this is late and tight , should be minimum 3 hours and start 8 am. Breakfast location too small and with only two hours it become crowded. Room services forgot to put towels in one room post cleaning. And didn’t clean another room for two days as sign of make room was missing despite leaving note at reception. But reception helped and changed the room with cleaned one thanks to Quansa.

Fantastic hotel in a nice neighbourhood of Tbilisi. I liked it so much that I ended up staying for 2 more nights than originally planned! It’s the perfect neighbourhood for foodies and only a short taxi ride to the touristy main area. The staff were fantastic - Lika in particular was friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. She helped me a lot and ensured I would definitely return to Gladius hotels in the future. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and really comfortable and I felt so at home there. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nothing at all.

The best hotel among the dozens I’ve been to. Best thing about it is staff. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make my stay better and simpler. Location is absolutely perfect. Next to a small park, just between two food stores. Close to subway. Beautiful view

I guess the stairs. I was fine, but I think there’s a lot of people who would struggle bringing their luggage up and down. Th stairs are very steep. I’m sure the staff would help, but still…

Room for family is very well designed. Pillows are good for increasing sleep quality. Room cleaning service is working well and properly. Staff are very friendly and kind.

Breakfast is very poor. On the Booking.com page it is written, "very good breakfast." I think it is misleading promotion. Customers are paying extra and expecting that there will be a very good breakfast. Breakfast is not generous. Do not expect anything delicious from the breakfast.

Stayed one night while in transit. Smooth check-in. Nice, tidy, clean, modern room. Quiet despite being on a busy street. All usual facilities, including kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast was included but I left too early to see what it was like. On main street of 'old new town' which is quite busy and has lots of shops. About 15 minutes from railway station (which is what I wanted) and metro. Some way from the 'old old town'.

Signposting could be better. The reception area smelt of cigarette smoke despite non-smoking signs. Fortunately, the room was fine. Fridge smelt of garlic - and didn't work either. Perhaps a little dusty.

Interior is stilish, Personal is welcoming and friendly, there was option for a Laundry Service, which we needed during our stay.

Breakfast buffet is relatively small, although everything was despite that quite delicious. Parking place is little bit hard to reach and there is a barriere which every time required additional time and action to be opened. Still thankful for having a parking place in the city centre.

Very helpful staff. When I had to arrive two days late, they offered to give me money back for first two nights. I didn’t even have to ask. Also originally I was put into a room with a bed I didn’t like- almost immediately they prepared another room. Location is perfect, subway, river and old rustic streets are very close. Two supermarkets right next door to hotel. The breakfast is good too

The shower cabin wasn’t sealed off well so some water always ended up on the floor.
