Very warm room i dont know if it good or bad but for me i dont like it. The hot water takes long time to come out in the shower.

Very helpful young ladies in reception. Especially helpful when dealing with transfers from and to the airport

The advertised fitness room is not really a fitness room. I had booked as I wanted access to a fitness room but ended up paying to go to a gym down the road.

The staff here are all so nice! I have stayed here on a few occasions on each vacation and it is nice, quiet, and great for the price.

The AC took a long time to cool the room.

Everything has an extra charge & just not boutique at all. Its like staying at someone's big house. People yelling downstairs at the game or music or just conversation. Breakfast is awful. One toilet paper between 2 people & a number of days, no other facilities for food or accessories & ants on the floor, some in bed. Our key opened many doors too (accident). We were content with the stay but definitively feel like we were taken for our money

This is my first visit with my family we booked two rooms , the lady receptionist was very rude with us when we check inn, she wasn’t answering any of our enquiries instead she was ignoring us and her tone was so rude when I ask to pay by card she said only cash but the card machine was on the desk I ask for it she through it in a bad way she really ruined my day fist day in Tbilisi very bad fist impression for the country, also when I told her that I book my stay in the hotel through Booking.com she said show me your phone then I gave it to her and she hide it from me when I want to leave I asked for my phone she denied that she took it I told her I gave you my phone she said No! she was trying to steal it but I insisted to see down the table and I found it she was rude and trying to steal me..👎🏾 beside my horrible experience with the lady attitude, the room was small there was a noise from the restaurant down at night can’t sleep also noises from the cars, as the hotel near road, the shower water becomes called suddenly when you take shower just seconds after opening it, the breakfast was really bad no taste and cold they will prepare it very early and put it in each table with no cover without any hygiene standards 🤢 also my husband ask the waiter for more Katchaboori and they refused to give the said only one katchaboori for each table!!!!! what kind of hospitality do you have for your guest 👎🏾 never book this horrible terrible hotel again
