many stairs, even though we did not get expected room, staff was polite and friendly, another room was nice and clean. one thing it's hot in the hallway.

I made the reservation 2h before check-in. The hotel is located one the second floor. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. If it weren’t for them, I would have rated this place lower. The interior is nice.

1). I stayed for 2 nights and I can say that I didn’t slept well. There is no soundproofing at all. I could even feel the vibration when the neighbors walked around the room. 2). The plumbing requires maintenance. The water in the shower does not flow very well - the ducts need to be cleaned. 3). The hinge on the cabinet was broken. I informed the administrator, but the maintenance person has not come. 4). One lamp didn’t work correctly.

I stayed there for about 3 weeks. The cleaning staff didn't bother me and I had a very comfortable stay. The location was great and the bus stop was close by, so it was convenient for going far away.

The walls were thin. You could hear people walking and the TV etc…It didn't bother me though...

This is definitely the best option foy staying in Tbilisi. Location is perfect-Mardzhanishvili is one of my favorite areas in the city. It's pretty much close to the historical center by the way-you can walk there. The hotel is very nice and cozy. But most an foremest it's very clean! Just believe me, it's not so easy to find a clean hotel in the city not for Marriott-like prices. However, what makes the place really special is people managing the hotel. I'm so grateful for all the help and hospitality that was really so overwhelming. Thanks again, you are the best❤️🙏

Lovely hotel with so friendly polite staffs in good location , historic place in city center Building is small and very old very beautiful but low facilities like lift i recommended it to lovely couples 😉

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully arranged. The housekeeping team was very attentive and made sure everything was always perfect. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the team were.

Charmful colorite, great personal, clean room. Nice stay in the heart of Tbilisi, taking you back to the 1920s, but with air conditioner.

This is great little hotel with fantastic owners and beautiful balcony looking along the main street you have everything you need from restaurants to shops we will definitely stay here again 😀

The room was a good size and located centrally, making it easy to access many shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Though the facade looked old, but the rooms are clean, and smells good. The owner/staff is really nice and friendly. Near to the establishments, shops, restaurants. I will recommend this to my friends. value for money.
