I've been to this city few times and can assure you that this hotel is the best one for me. The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel owner, Mr. Giorgy, is an incredibly hospitable person. During my stay, he offered us his handmade wine every day free of charge and even gave me bottles to take home to my family. I will gladly return here with great pleasure

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to access public transportation. The breakfast offerings are plentiful, providing a wide variety of options to start your day. The rooms are clean and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel features a wine cellar that is open for tastings. The owner is a very pleasant man who is always ready to assist with any needs you may have. His helpful and friendly demeanor made my stay very enjoyable.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible hospitality provided during our stay at Wine Palace Hotel. Our arrival in Tbilisi was an emergency, and we landed early in the morning. Despite not having a reservation, the hotel staff welcomed us warmly at 4 am and provided us with a beautiful room, where we woke up to breathtaking views. The breakfast provided was of the highest quality, with fresh and delicious food that exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the owner’s generosity. They personally gave us a tour of the hotel and invited us to a wine degustation event. The evening was truly memorable, with a wonderful dinner served at large wooden tables, paired with a fantastic variety of wines from different years. It was an experience that allowed us to connect with guests from all over the world, all while enjoying traditional Georgian hospitality.

I was extremely satisfied with the location as the hotel was very close to GAU, Technical University Metro Station, Sports Palace, and Pekini Avenue. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wine and food tasting can be organised by the Hotel. There is a nice wine cellar where you can get acquainted with not only Georgian wine but also with the process of making it. The owner of the hotel is an extremely open, communicative, generous and friendly person. Wish the owners success and further development.

I liked the hospitality of the hotel owner and of the staff. We arrived early in the morning and although we were supposed to have breakfast starting with the next day, we were invited to have it that first morning even before we checked in, which was super. The hotel owner is very polite and caring. Three times a week he organizes wine tasting for the guests. Delicious Georgian wine made by him and his family. Very niice atmosphere. The room was clean and warm (we were there in January). Breakfast was savoury, which I liked.. The price for my stay was excellent.

Hotel Wine Palace is a cute boutique hotel near major "bank street" with lots of shops, stores, etc.. The rooms are spacious with EXCELLENT water pressure, balcony, contemporarily designed with wood floors, wood furniture. The breakfast had a nice selection of foods (hot and cold) and runs until 12.00 noon. The two ladies serving breakfast are very nice. The staff are friendly and polite. The owner, Giorgi, is lovely, showing us the cellar filled with wines by his family, and giving us taste tests of the reds, whites and cha cha. He even offered me a bottle when I departed.

My mattress in Room 17 could use a refresh - it was not as comfortable as the rest of the room. Housekeeping was fine but could use a 2nd pair of eyes/supervisor's review before guests check in. The Hotel does not offer dinner or any other meals besides breakfast so if you don't feel like going out, make sure to download some food delivery apps. Outside and nearby are McDonald's, Subway, Wendy's and some local pizza joint

Breakfast is standard, quality of the food is great! Location is good. Staff is very professional and friendly. Owner offered me a coffee on my arrival, invated me for wine testing. Said me to go to eat something as it still was breakfast time even that was not in my arrangement! I was not hungry, but pretty cool, isn't it? I asked him for my friends who were in other hotel (in the neighborhood) to come for testing, he sad- for sure! He gave us a few bottles of wine, as a present, after non limited testing. And all that for 72 euros- 2 nights with breakfasts. Top top top!!!

Very good location. Fantastic internal decoration. There is an exceptional wine tasting hall. You can attend wine degustation party (with international group of hotel guests). Breakfast on the highest floor with city view. It should be admitted, that each floor is decorated in different manner, and the main staircase has amazing wrought iron decorations

The owner and all the staff were super nice and friendly - and they made my stay here a real pleasure. My room was nice, spacey and tidy, and the view from my window (on the 6th floor) was amazing. The whole hotel in general was like that, clean and pretty. I also loved the wine cellar, besides drinking it was a great place to socialize and meet new people. I think it's my favourite hotel yet and I hope to stay here again someday. <3 Oh, and the location was also great - it's very close to the metro and besides that there are a few restaurants and 24h supermarkets nearby. And it's just out of place enough to not have all the annoying noise from main streets.
