Staff are very friendly giving us directions and recommendations. Has bathrobes, slippers and of course toiletries.

Staff are so helpful. Receptionist Giorgi was the best. Gave us room early for our wedding to prepare make up. We enjoyed our stay because of him.

Super near to the train station. There is a big supermarket down stair, and even a shopping mall. The room is good.

Convenient location for our activities nearby.

Hotel was great. Levan , he is working at the reception helped me a lot , he is very professional in his job . Also the , young lady at the reception was very helpful . It’s great well managed hotel . During the first day, the breakfast wasn’t well prepared , the cucumber were dry as ver thin, the bread was not fresh. But the next morning 14 of December the breakfast was so good 👍. I guess they were better prepared as a large group of tourists arrived lot. The internet on the third floor was non existent and very noisy facing the street side and Levan went out of his way to make our stay memorable , he moved us to the 5th floor where it was quiet and strong internet , he helped us find great restaurants.. the hotel is 300 meters to both the central bus station and the railway station

I loved the room, it was clean and large. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a good size shower with water running under good pressure. The hotel was close to the train station, which was important for me. Also it was close to the big market place and city center, and 3 km from the old town.

The room I got was cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stay was great. Worth the price. I recommend it.

Location of the property is in close proximity to railway station only 200-300 m and even city is at a drive of 10-12 mins. Our priority of the stay was to catch early morning interstate trains. There are convenient stores very nearby. Carefourr right under the building. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful, might find language issues with staff in the restaurant otherwise front office staff is multilingual. It is a value for money property even if u want to stay in tblisi as the cabs are readily available and priced moderately.

Parking around the property is little challenging.

First of all let me say i've been almost everywhere in Tbilisi and i liked this hotel the most. The reception team was the best in comparison with what i saw in other hotels, managment must be proud to have such a wonderful staff, 10/10 for me. Location is perfect, the rooms are well furnished and clean. Definitely be returning back soon. Big thanks to reception guys :)
