The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms are very clean, spacious, everything works as it should. The staff of the hotel is very kind and friendly, they helped with our every request and were very polite. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the city center, you should use the Yandex taxi service because it is really profitable.

It is less recommended to use the transfer services they offer from the airport because it is very expensive compared to a taxi that can be ordered through Yandex.

TM Apart Hotel I really enjoyed <3 ...... I'll definitely be back in the summer. Nice, clean, cozy room. Metro, subway and railway station very close. Metro, subway in 1 minute on foot. Tbilisi Central - railway station in 5-7 minutes on foot

The hotel is right next to the train station and the metro stop there. This is not the most attractive area of the city, but I had my business nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy. They offer basic continental breakfast - not bad, but don't expect variety. Right accross the street there are two bakeries, where you can also take breakfast. There's a supermarket 50m away too. The biggest asset is the rooftop bar and pool. They offer a fabulous experience. The staff is very helpful, as are most people in Georgia. Overall the hotel offers good value for money. The hotels in the centre are overpriced.

The air conditioner was strange - it cooled, but did not dry the air. So I was sweating all the time. The working hours of the pool are 10:00 to 18:00, which I found a bit odd. The level of English of the staff is basic, so you need to keep your requests simple and understandable.

I enjoyed this hotel for many reasons: - The building and the room were spacious, stylish, and exceptionally clean. - A beautiful view from the balcony. - Very convenient underground parking. - Friendly staff. - The kitchen had everything to make some basic meals. - Comfy bath robes and a fancy shower.

There are still a few things that can polish this jewel: - The rooms were a bit too minimalistic. Some additional furniture would make them cosier and even more comfortable. - The huge pan in the kitchen is enough to feed a family of 10. Replacing it with a smaller saucepan would make more sense. Also, keep in mind that the hotel is located on a busy street that can be noisy at times. It didn't bother me but can be important for someone.

About the room service need to be more professional and need an stickers for do not disturb on the doors so they will not enter the time that they want and disturb the guests hopefully it will be upgraded soon

The pool is closed after 6-7 pm as we were told. Location wasn’t the best - it was far from the city center and wasn’t .. nice? But it’s my bad for not doing proper research, booking stated it was 6km from the center and i didn’t pay too much attention to it.

The location is good. Everything is around the property. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good and filling. The views from the rooms were pretty . Overall, everything was pleasant .

The television didn't have clear transmission. No cable, just regular TV with white noise.

Noisy parties on the roof. But they quickly changed our room to a lower floor with an upgrade. Perfect

The hotel is very clean & comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. Good view from room balcony. Out of our 4 days stay the first day was struggle to look for Asian food but later we enjoyed the place. Apart of this issue everything else was perfect. Carrefour & Spar and local food joints are available close to hotel. Best shopping outlets located nearby. Use Yandex app for cheap taxi rides.

I couldn't try breakfast as i was not aware that we need to inform in advance for menu, otherwise Beef & pork items are only available for options. Swimming pool area is too small. I visited in April when weather was cold, this may be the reason why swimming pool was not clean.
