After having traveled a long distance from the US I needed some much needed relaxation and sleep. When I arrived I was met by a smiling receptionist that promptly helped me to my room. The room had everything you needed and everything was new and clean. I would especially like to note the very comfortable beds, which is very important after long travels. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were very helpful. I was not familiar with the taxi system in Georgia and the receptionist quickly ordered me a taxi and gave me a complimentary bottle of water while I waited. I would highly recommend got business or pleasure. Thanks!

I liked the staff communication and responsiveness to any issue we had. The staff made us feel welcome. It was a joy to return to the hotel. It was in a location close to many convenience stores. Complimentary gifts. The room was spacious, with suitable facilities, and more than adequate for our needs. It included a terrace, and divided rooms, which allowed some privacy if necessary. The bidet was excellent. The heating system was efficient. There was a sofa, table, and chair. Clean room.

I wasn't a fan of the feather pillows, but the staff changed these for me, thank you! The lighting is really poor on the stairs/within the hotel itself, and the poor lighting along with the design of the stairs make it dangerous to go up or down. Further, there is just the one elevator and it's not level with the floor so hurting your foot on the way inside or out is a possibility, as I did. It's a small elevator and it's a struggle to get two people and their suitcases in, and I assume there is a lot of demand for the elevator because there's just the one and the stairs are a nightmare. The breakfast wasn't suitable for dietary requirements but I was told I could make requests if I wished. I feel this could be an area for expansion in the future.

I got exactly what I wanted during my stay. The room was very clean and had the perfect number of body and face towels for the guests. There was complimentary water and tea bags, and housekeeping visited daily, cleaning the room, changing towels, and replenishing the complimentary water and tea. The room was equipped with everything I needed: a kettle, safety box, smart TV, hair dryer, bidet, phone, fridge, and more. It was very clean, recently renovated, and well maintained. The hotel itself had a pleasant smell and was spotless. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, and the staff were helpful. Additionally, there were free parking spots available. the hotel location is very close to SPAR supermarket.

Limited parking slots, with only around 3 available. The corridors between the rooms were dimly lit or even dark. There was no bellboy to assist with carrying bags to and from the room. The restaurant only operated for breakfast and closed afterward. Occasionally, there were issues with the hot water in the bathroom. Overall, my stay was amazing, and if I visit Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay here as long as the rates remain good.

Amazing place to stay, new hotel & everything is modern, clean ,new. Hotel staff is very friendly & helpful, breakfast is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there for sure next time.

The hotel staff are so friendly, quickly resolved any issues. Manager David is a professional, we had a mix-up with the room, which he easily resolved. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are bright, clean up every day. Breakfasts are simple but really delicious, consisted of different types of sausages, porridges, eggs, omelette, fresh vegetable salads, fruits, various drinks, fresh pastries. We also super liked the location of the hotel, the area is cool, there are many restaurants and cafes in the area.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Not a bad view of the pool and convenient exit directly from the room to the pool. The hotel is new, the room is clean. Good location. The price is quite reasonable.

The room was not cleaned on the second day, after the remark they simply brought new towels and water. The old towels were not taken away. Further questions to the designers/planners: 1) the hotel is designed in the Japanese spirit of insufficient space - everything is compact, restrained. There is very little space in the bathroom for a family room. There is nowhere to put accessories. 2) The TV rotating in the wall is not convenient for both rooms, since the sound goes in the opposite direction to the image.

This is my third stay at this hotel in the past three months, which clearly reflects how pleasant and satisfying my experiences have been. The reception is available 24/7, and I am always welcomed with a kind smile. On my first day of stay, a receptionist went above and beyond by helping me park my car in front of the hotel and carrying my bag to the elevator, even though it wasn't his job. The room was impeccably clean, newly renovated, and had a fresh scent similar to the reception area. It was equipped with good WiFi, a smart TV connected to the internet, a kettle, hairdryer and an iron for convenience. The bathroom was spotless, with excellent hot water and a bidet. Housekeeping attended daily, cleaning the room, changing the towels, replenishing tissues, and restocking the minibar if used. Free parking is available in front of the hotel, accommodating up to four cars, and there are additional parking spaces on the street. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from Old Tbilisi, and the surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants only a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, perfectly meeting my preferences, and was served from 7 to 11 a.m., suitable for all types of guests. Overall, it was another wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel!

While my stay was excellent overall, I would like to suggest a few improvements for an even better experience. Increasing the lighting in the corridors between the rooms would enhance the ambiance and make the area feel brighter and more welcoming. Expanding the variety in the breakfast options could cater to a broader range of preferences and elevate the dining experience. Additionally, having a dedicated bellman available to assist elderly guests or those with multiple pieces of luggage would be a great addition to the already excellent service. Lastly, replacing the coffee machine with a newer model would be appreciated, as it would further enhance the breakfast and overall guest experience. These are just minor suggestions for an otherwise perfect stay!
