This was interesting experience in Tbilisi. The hotel is relatively small, but offers well equipped rooms, with access to internet, and the great and dedicated staff members. They are doing a lot to solve any problem or request from guests. Hotel offers free parking lot, which is very important. Breakfast service was also good, allowing to taste various food. Staff at reception could speak very good English, therefore there was no any problem with smooth communication. At the last but not the least - there was a kettle in the room and a small fridge. Thank you for all that.

Hotel is located in a slightly remote place, hidden from the main city traffic (which was eventually a big advantage, there was no any traffic noise during the night hours).

At 9 PM, we were greeted by a sleeping receptionist. It took a while to wake him up, and he couldn’t quite understand what we needed at first. The situation was complicated by the fact that he didn’t speak English or Russian—or perhaps he’d simply forgotten them in his groggy state. He handed us the key but didn’t escort us or explain where our room was located. It turned out that room 207 wasn’t on the second floor, as one might expect. We had to find it on our own, which was challenging since I was holding a 1.5-month-old baby. The room itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully furnished, with a stunning view from the window. There was a rain shower, the plumbing was in excellent condition, and slippers and towels were provided. There was also a minibar. However, it was quite hot, as the heating was on full blast. We ended up using the air conditioner during the night. In the morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and encountered friendly restaurant staff. Despite the rocky start to our stay, I give it an excellent rating!

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, making the stay especially relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they kindly allowed me to check out a few hours later at no extra charge. The room was clean and cozy, with a soft and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also had dinner at the hotel — the food was excellent and served quickly. Huge thanks for the warm welcome and outstanding service!

The Road going towards the Hotel , The restaurant having all kind of drink but it is served without snacks which Hotel can charge additional but no stock so request let the Management add up the snacks and keep stock in hotel even if additional charges

You can easily rent a car or use Bolt (the Georgian Uber) to commute to the hotel from the city center or any other destinations. One standout feature of this hotel is its exceptional cleanliness and coziness. The bedsheets are impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The receptionists are not only friendly but also highly supportive, making you feel right at home. Plus, the hotel provides an excellent hot shower, which is a welcome relief after a long day of exploring. WiFi was also great and high speed If I were to return to Tbilisi, Alliance Hotel would undoubtedly be a serious consideration. Its tranquil setting and welcoming atmosphere make it a hidden gem in the heart of the city.

However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience. Firstly, there are no in-room safe boxes, which some travelers may find inconvenient. While the breakfast is good, a bit more variety in the offerings would be appreciated. Similarly, the toiletries in the bathroom could be more diverse.

Friendly staff. Great location and nice view from the window. Tasty breakfast. The hotel provides parking. In terms of price-quality ratio, hotel fully met expectations.

The shower holder didn't hold the head and I had problems adjusting the water because the holder kept sliding down onto the temperature and water pressure control knob. But we didn't contact the reception with this problem, because we only stayed for 2 days and we had no time for it.

The hotel was close to the bus station, The staff were nice, the hotel was beautiful and its view too. The wifi had a good connection. I appreciate the time of breakfast till 11 Am.

Access to the hotel without bus or car includes few minutes of climbing roads. The AC in our room was not working.

Breakfast was filling, the hotel has amazing views that fully exceeded my expectations, quite location, sufficient secure parking area.

Some balconies are sort of a part of the common terrace space, just separated with a ~1m tall fence, so there is a sense of a lack of privacy.

The staff were extremely helpful in lots of ways, the biggest being getting me from the airport at 4AM. Breakfast is average, and you have to pay for coffee if you want it.

The room I had was without any defects. The location is a short way up a hillside, and you have to walk on rough pavement to get to a proper street. Once there, you'll find many grocery stores, a good wine shop called Georgian Kalata, and both McDonalds and Wendy's along with other options.

The stuff was kind and helpfully. The room was clean and the equipment is modern. The room has big terrace its a perfect place for the morning tea/coffee. The breakfast was tasty even I ( I am vegetarian ) found anything for a proper breakfast
