Location is ideal with all types of cuisine available in the vicinity. Nearby area is very lively and a happening place.

The room was exceptional, but some basic facilities need to be reviewed, like the toilet & bathroom doors had no locks, although they had premium sanitary fittings. Otherwise, the room was just superb. The staff at the breakfast lounge were very courteous and always smiling and ready to assist for everything. All in all, it was a very memorable stay... Would love to visit again.

The hotel staff was incredibly polite and helpful, with special mention to Niko at the reception. Additionally, I found the room to be quite satisfactory, and I appreciated the added convenience of having a bathrobe and slippers available. Wifi is good enough to have remote meetings

The breakfast was very simple; they offer just basic coffee for free but for things like capuchino you have to pay. No alternative (e.g. almond, soya) milk option for breakfast, but in the cafe on the ground floor you can buy coffee with almond milk. I wish wifi could work at the balcony

The location it's great, the room was big and comfy, the breakfast was generous and tasty and the service was good.

In the description of the place it says the hotel has sauna and steam room. It only has steam room. So update the info to avoid the disappointment.

Beautiful building, very central in the Chugureti District (5min walk to the metro), yet in a quiet street Large room with balcony on the top floor (nor roof if it rains) Filled up minibar Bathrobe and slippers Elevator to all rooms Small bar in the yard with very good Georgian craft beer (although with 6% a bit strong)

Design and functionality don't match that well. A much too low sink in the hallway of the room is a bit strange Space was "wasted" by design which brings no addtional use or benefit Light switches are "trial and error"

Beautiful historical building restored with good taste and with modern interior design: very pleasant overall. Comfortable beds, room clean and well equipped, reception people kind and collaborative h24, good breakfast, good position very close to the metro station in an elegant sector of the city and in a quiet street. Markets and restaurants available nearby. Useful tips to move around by taxi: use BOLT APP to save money and avoid communication issues.

Minor things: Illumination of bathroom to be improved, bfast coffee available only filter type, breakfast juices didn't feel "natural".

A stylish hotel in a great location, with a convenient metro connection and a lot of nice restaurants and places nearby and within walking distance. Staff was super efficient, very welcoming and helpful, and spoke fluent English. The room and bathroom were very clean and quite elegant, and the bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was fully functional and efficient. With double-glaze windows and tightly closing balcony door, any outside noise was cut off, making the room quite.

Limited storage space in the room, no bedside drawers, no desk drawers. The walk-in shower was nice but it was half-open and it was impossible not to spill water on the floor while taking shower. Although the breakfast itself was very good, with a variety of choises, coffee was quite poor.

I really liked the location and the style of the hotel. The district is not so busy, but from the hotel you can reach the city center quite quick. The manager Lika was very helpful. She contacted me before the trip and gave me some important information about the hotel and the way from the railway station. I could ask her about anything during the trip and she always answered very quickly and even booked something for us, when we asked. Very kind!

We had an exceptional stay at the Heritage Hotel and Suites. We had booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost on arrival. We were blown away by the kindness of the staff, and the decor of the hotel itself. The building has been lovingly and sensitively restored and the ambience of the rooms and communal areas is world class. The location could not be better - very close to the metro and taxi stands and located in a beautiful and characterful area of the city. Breakfast is everything you could ask for - great quality and value for money. This is our second time in Tbilisi, and we plan to return next year - and we won't be staying anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at the Heritage Hotel and Suites for such a wonderful stay.
