It was very cosy room, clean and located near the metro station.

the facilities quantity were so pure, i have asked firstly for towels and they haven’t ask for change them during my stay 3days. Also I have separately asked for hairdryer. The one thing that I didn’t like is that the receptionists were sleeping in the hall and my room was on the first floor, and i heard all voices and couldn’t sleep

There is a Lebanese Restaurant with the best Shawarma in Georgia, walking distance from the hotel. It is value for money hotel, not luxurious but practical.

The personal was awesome (a big thanks to Mr. Khubunaia) The place was at the center surrounded by a lot of coffe shops and other restaurants The service was great

There was a problem with a key that we haven't got and we had to ask a personal to open our room each time Another problem was with a toilet that has a problem with a water refilling

The staff were very nice to help with the luggage and were always trying to help with our requirements. I do like the place, the location is amazing to say the least.

There was no elevator, people with many stuff, children, disabled, or elderly will dislike this.

Nothing bad about the property

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. It looked newly remodeled, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk team was courteous and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, beautiful old town. The area was great for walking, exploring old architecture. There were also lots of vibrant cafes and restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here again, can't wait to get back with my family in August.

We had a chance to stay an hour more. Reception kept our luggage until we went back.

Location is very close to restaurants. Very accesible. I also love the balcony.

There is no lift. The hotel is on the 2nd floor but staff is helpful to carry luggage. There is no kettle/coffee/tea inside room.
