I was with my family, we loved the place, a very authentic balcony - a place to sit with a glass of wine and talk. The rooms are spacious for a large group - we had a room for four, high ceilings - plenty of room. There is everything you need for accommodation - kitchen to cook urchin yourself, all necessary utensils are present. Ironing and laundry are also possible, everything is very comfortable and easy. The staff is friendly and very caring, they told us everything and showed us. Administrator Roman suggested places where to eat at affordable prices, where to go, and what to see, as well as gave the contacts of the guide, who gave us excellent excursions. The hotel is located on the street with institutions, which is very convenient because you can go out and choose any institution for an evening meal. Still, the balcony and windows overlook the courtyard - in the room and on the balcony is quiet and peaceful. There are stores nearby, pharmacies, establishments, and stores too. To the center to walk about 5-10 minutes, which is very convenient. We really liked it, I recommend it to everyone)

Even though I arrived early, the staff welcomed be with kindness and they were very helpful. I was able to met the owner Guga and the manager, they were fast at responding any question I have. I was traveling solo in a room with two single beds. My stay was comfortable and everything was clean. The location was convenient I walk to everywhere almost. Best part of this hotel was the beautiful balcony. It was just peaceful to enjoy my morning coffee there.

I was in the most affordable room with two single beds, however the beds were not so comfortable, when you sit or lay on the corner, you might fall because of the structure of the bed. Pillows were ok too. But really it wouldn’t stop me from staying there next time.

This hotel is brilliant for the price. Great location, clean and cozy. There are also free accessories like kitchen, washing machine or iron. Rooms also have air conditioning Bathroom connected to the room is also great. Absolutely best thing about this hotel is the staff. Roman is very kind and helpful. You can contact him on whatsapp any time. He helped us with planning of our trips and also showed us some great places in Tbilisi.

Only thing I would adjust are the windows. Our room had windows towards the street, but the windows are wooden and sealing is not working that much. There are restaurants underneath, so you could hear people from the street, what could damage your sleep.

I absolutely loved my family stay at this beautifully preserved 19th-century house in the heart of Tbilisi. The private entrance and spacious terrace with its authentic charm gave our family a perfect place to relax. The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere felt truly special. The host was exceptionally hospitable and kind. We had a few requests that he graciously accepted and took care of as soon as he could. The room is clean and pretty comfortable for 4 people.

The beds are a little soft, and the window opens to the balcony where people are smoking, so if you want to open it for some fresh air you might get second-hand smoke instead.

The location was amazing, very central. Roman, the manager, was super nice, he gave us great suggestions for where to go and what to eat in Tbilisi. We asked to stay an extra night and it was super easy communication. It had a very cute veranda in the back and kitchen if you want to cook. It was a blast!

The room is in a street with touristy bars that play loud music until 12-1am, but we didn't mind it too much. Not a bad thing but we were a bit confused on how to find the hotel's entrance, but once we got in we saw how awesome it was.

The place is clean and comfortable. Located close to the center. Has a small kitchen and a wonderful terrace in a Georgian inner patio. Roman explained us everything in a lot of details and gave us some useful recommendations about the city.

There is no reception, it’s inconvenient to check in or if you need something urgently (for example, we didn’t have a toilet paper) The walls are not soundproof and neighbours are not always respectful, can be very noisy at 4 am. Such things could be explained to guests, so they are more careful.

Perfect location in the pedestrian zone of David Ahmeshenebeli street. Comfy bed, decent shower, good wifi and wonderful staff. Roman was most helpful with tips and suggestions. 35-40 minute walk from the train station. I would also recommend everyone to go to the nearby Kiyv bath house. I had a lovely private room there with sauna and private bath for 90 lari (1 hour).

I'm partially deaf and it did not bother me, but if you have a room overlooking the street and cafes you should perhaps bring air plugs.

Cute, cosy room in a good location, and a very nice admin, who helped us with parking and let us keep our luggage at the hotel till the end of the day.

There were ants - not sure if it's a regular thing or the result of a messy neighbour. Also, the bed is on the harder side, as are the pillows.
