The size of the room was bigger than expected. The bathroom was also superb and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The WiFi didn't work properly in the room (was at the end of the hallway). And although I understand that it's not the hotel's fault, in the morning of the second day there was no water in the whole street (no shower, etc.). As I was checking out that morning, it didn't impact my stay significantly.

Breakfast should be improved. There wasn’t variety, food was cold and not worth the money.

I loved everything friendly staff Amazing food they treated me as if i were Royalty fresh food and drinks available staff 24/7 . I got to check in early because I was so tired. Rest of my days was amazing. And omg amazing location close to everything. I miss you Tbilisi ❤️

The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The staff were very accommodating when we needed to leave early for a day tour and we were able to get something to eat a little before opening time at 0800. We were upgraded to a better room on arrival and we thank the staff for making our stay a memorable experience. We stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay another but it was fully booked. We would recommend this hotel and may stay again here on our return. Good location and close to many eating places along the pedestrian road. Not a touristy area and close to public transport. Small supermarket around the corner where you can buy a cold beer at the end of the day.

A buffet breakfast provided in a very pleasant room. Good standard, This hotel is not just clean; it's spotless. Very impressed. Lovely bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet room. The hotel location is very good, in a nice area with plenty of shops and eating places. To the heart of Tbilisi however it is about 30 minutes walk.

The lighting in the room was uncompomisingly cold and bright . The TV had only Georgian language channels, which seemed strange in this day and age, given that the vast majority of their guests will be coming from elsewhere and will not know Georgian.

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and provided all needed amenities. Breakfast was satisfying. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful.

There was a gate at the beginning of the road preventing entry to the hotel by taxi. We had to phone the hotel to open it each time.

A great getaway spot in Tbilisi! The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was quite basic - adding more healthy options would be a great improvement. However, I was eager to try the local cafés for breakfast anyway, so it wasn’t a top priority for me.

All photos are as in the photos. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. The hotel is clean. Delicious breakfast - eggs, khachapuri, ham, cheese, sausages, porridge, vegetables, salads, tea, coffee. We liked everything and hope to stay here again next time.. This is not a minus, but I’ll note it anyway. Unfortunately, we were not initially warned that room cleaning is only upon request, you need to put up a sign - Clean my room or Don't disturb. That's why we waited every day cleaning service )))

Great solid hotel in the close to the heart of the city. The location is great because it's a hop skip and away from the Dry Bridge Market, and the Old Town and Liberty is accessible with a short cheap Bolt ride, and if you're so inclined a few minutes walking. It is not exactly in the middle of things, which we mistakingly assumed since we didn't know the city that much, but it turned out to be a good thing, because all the city is accessible, but it's in a quiet enough area to sleep well at night. There is also a mellow chill out bar/eatery street right round the corner if you want to have a night cap or a quick lunch. It is also incidentally closer to the Fabrika area than if it were closer to the tourist centre.

Nothing negative stands out
