I loved everything friendly staff Amazing food they treated me as if i were Royalty fresh food and drinks available staff 24/7 . I got to check in early because I was so tired. Rest of my days was amazing. And omg amazing location close to everything. I miss you Tbilisi ❤️

A buffet breakfast provided in a very pleasant room. Good standard, This hotel is not just clean; it's spotless. Very impressed. Lovely bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet room. The hotel location is very good, in a nice area with plenty of shops and eating places. To the heart of Tbilisi however it is about 30 minutes walk.

The lighting in the room was uncompomisingly cold and bright . The TV had only Georgian language channels, which seemed strange in this day and age, given that the vast majority of their guests will be coming from elsewhere and will not know Georgian.

A great getaway spot in Tbilisi! The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was quite basic - adding more healthy options would be a great improvement. However, I was eager to try the local cafés for breakfast anyway, so it wasn’t a top priority for me.

All photos are as in the photos. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. The hotel is clean. Delicious breakfast - eggs, khachapuri, ham, cheese, sausages, porridge, vegetables, salads, tea, coffee. We liked everything and hope to stay here again next time.. This is not a minus, but I’ll note it anyway. Unfortunately, we were not initially warned that room cleaning is only upon request, you need to put up a sign - Clean my room or Don't disturb. That's why we waited every day cleaning service )))

Great solid hotel in the close to the heart of the city. The location is great because it's a hop skip and away from the Dry Bridge Market, and the Old Town and Liberty is accessible with a short cheap Bolt ride, and if you're so inclined a few minutes walking. It is not exactly in the middle of things, which we mistakingly assumed since we didn't know the city that much, but it turned out to be a good thing, because all the city is accessible, but it's in a quiet enough area to sleep well at night. There is also a mellow chill out bar/eatery street right round the corner if you want to have a night cap or a quick lunch. It is also incidentally closer to the Fabrika area than if it were closer to the tourist centre.

Nothing negative stands out

Great location; nice stylish rooms with huge windows (including bathroom); perfectly stable wifi; tasty breakfasts; very clean.

Bad noise isolation (heard everyone who passed by our door); without climate control on - too chilly at winter, with climate control - too noisy (but got used to it); no coffee from coffee machine for breakfast (only instant coffee was available). Wrong description of the rooms in booking com - all rooms were supposed to have a patio but they didn't.

Our room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed and balcony. The bathroom was very clean and all needed toiletries provided. The breakfast was very satisfying and varied. Moreover, the staff were more than helpful, specially David at the reception and Sofia at breakfast. David helped with arranging our transportation, and provided an iron when requested. Sofia made fresh Turkish coffee for my husband after breakfast, which was very much appreciated. I will definitely stay at the Royal Inn during my next visit to Tbilisi, and I highly recommend it.

Comfy bed. Good room size and bathroom with bidet(Muslim shower). Clean and comfortable with accommodating staff, allowed early checkin. Good breakfast, near to street with variety of food optio n, near to dry bridge market. Lift access available from down or mezzanine floor. Well maintained, great value for money. Bus station nearby.

Positives and good service far outweighs any limitation. For lift access, you have to go slightly up or downwards from entrance

The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and took care of my sometimes strange requests with a lot of friendliness, even in early morning hours. Their hospitality felt very authentic. The location is great, walking distance to all relevant locations. Interior design of the rooms, in particular bathrooms was nice. The cleaning lady was very thorough. I also liked the small backyard. There were some Georgian dishes for breakfast, which were tasty.

Breakfast was relatively plain and repetitive, which is in contrast to the overall culinary experience in Tbilisi (wonderful food!). There was no espresso coffee for breakfast (this is very important for me), and there was only plain bread, so no pastry, croissants etc. which I expected. Sometimes it got noisy in the evening because I was on the first floor. I also did not get how the heating system works, so I turned on air-conditioning when I actually wanted heating. Apart from that, everything was great.

The hotel is small and causey, it has a nice theme, it is located in an active neighborhood where you can easily find restaurants and coffee shops. the staff are nice. the breakfast was good but I feel they can do better. the staff was great and offered me an upgrade to a room with a balcony as a complement for re-booking in the hotel.

The entrance door is a little small and it was not easy to slide in the baby stroller, The elevator access is from the first floor or basement ( you need to climb up or step down to access the elevator ),
