The hotel is on the river, in the center, the location is great, the rooms are big, and most importantly - the amazing attitude of the hotel staff - I have seen this only in Japan (and maybe even better than in Japan!!). Kind, responsive, warm - you feel at home there. On the top floor - a huge open roof with an amazing view of the city and tables where you can just sit, drink coffee or famous Georgian wine, and admire the surroundings. Nothing, everything was perfect!!!

Clean and fresh room i love it

I had a great time staying at the Monument1880! The location was perfect, the room was spotless, cozy beds, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. A special thanks to our amazing host Leo, who was always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Also, big thanks to the owner, Misha, for the warm hospitality. You both made our stay extra memorable. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Initially we had another reservation which was cancelled suddenly in the night of our arrival, so we had no place to go in the night… BUT! We found Monument 1880 and they managed the room for us very quickly and they met us in the night which was very helpful and nice of them. Thanks a lot to Leo ! We had a very nice breakfast also and a bottle of wine as a gift;) The hotel is tidy, in the centre, it is very well managed and we really enjoyed our stay and also last but not least the kindness of Leo.

Everything was perfect!

Good hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and we have enjoyed our stay. The hotel changed ownership. Sadly the windows do not insulate well they just have simple glass and they are old wooden framed, so the noise was an issue for us. The roundabout is very busy, you can constantly hear police, ambulances, motorbikes and so on. The matress was not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel, but i guess at this rate you cannot complain.

The staff were excellent. Very professional and friendly taking very good care of us. The room was very comfortable, tastefully decorated with a great view. There has been a lot of thought gone into this small hotel and a lot of money spent. It's in a really good location. We will be returning on our next visit.

Location, hospitality and wine!!!

After conducting research, I selected Monument1880. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. The hotel offered everything you might need while traveling. I highly recommend it!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was important to me that the hotel was within walking distance to the Georgian Parliament building. I only spent 15 minutes to get there on foot. Lovely clean rooms and very pleasant staff. The hotel has a great roof terrace which is available at all times. I was also offered a complimentary airport transfer and fine Georgian wine - free of charge.

The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The building itself has a beautiful historical charm and was well maintained. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. Hotel provides a delicious breakfast.

A bit noisy but an earplugs solve this little problem
