Location is amazing, a walking distance from everywhere in Tbilisi (I love walking). Very clean when you arrive, but they do not clean every day. Although it is cold outside, you do not feel the cold in the rooms ( I went in November) They provide you with everything you need on day 1, and you will not hear from the staff until you leave at checkout.

It is a bit noisy when there are noisy guests in other rooms. There is not everyday cleaning, but I stayed for 3 days only (2 nights); I don't know about long stays. The shower could leave a bad smell when water is not completely drained.

Location was OK, just near the city center and noiseless area, river and 24h shops are 2 min by walking, main street is 10 min by walk. But if you have baby , then it can be hard. Breakfast was OK Double bed was super comfortable,long and extra wide.

Permanent bad smell from bathroom. you need to keep the door always closed. There is a minibar in room, but it was full of things, so we could not use for own needs. Extra bed was from sofa and there were no baby cotton.

The hotel location was a bit away from the independence square, it can take time 10-15 minutes by foots if you like walking is already ideal time and distances. There is another popular places in its neighborhood as well, the hotel is near the bridges. Tbilisi is not very big city you can explore the city 1-2 days. The price of accommodation is available.

The hotel was very nice, the staff is very very helpfull and good specially the guy George(maybe the name isnt writing true) was specially very helpfull. Breakfast is more than okay and the ladys were always helping. Its totally value for the costs. The rooms were clean. Specially the breakfast area's view is very good. Balcony rooms are very cute, toilets were clean. Met everything which we expected

Just wifi isnt working sometimes and mobil data isnt working well (maybe because of our sim cards.) I suggest to people who will book the budget rooms its in the floor level room and near to reception we changed our room with extra fee after arrive to hotel with balcony ones these rooms were much much better with the price difference. Also location is good but a bit far from some points still there is a bus near to hotel.

I really liked the location; it was quiet and peaceful. Georgi, the worker, was very nice and helpful. The place was clean, and overall, I had a great experience. I enjoyed my stay! The atmosphere was very positive.

On the last day, they weren’t happy about the full trash bin I left in the room. I think this is the cleaner’s job, not mine

I booked it with a huge discount, and initially they told me that they didn't have a room for this price, but then decided to let me in. For $12 I paid for it, it was insanely good. And even for it's original price it would be worth staying

They should set correct prices and discounts on booking rather than "offering" a good deal and then complaining that they didn't mean to

I like this hotel, clean and comfortable room, man in reception talk English and he always ready to help and he always smile, loctation very very good everything near you in the same time quite place, so sure I will come back to this hotel next time

The hotel has some very good and cheap restaurants around it. The breakfast is quite good. I loved the fact that they serve oats! The view from the restaurant is amazing. The rooms are the best part of it. They're so big, suited my needs and were very comfortable. The man at the reception, forgot his name, is so humble and friendly, speaks English and Russian, and he is a well-informed, helpful person. And he smiles to us guests, which definitely goes a long way!

Room is very nice, tiny. We had direct access to backyard through the terrace door. Beds are comfy, but sheets were too synthetic to me. There is a bar in the room for extra charge, free tea supplies and a kettle. Bathroom is spacious and nice. Toilet made a loud noise while flushing. Also, room walls are not isolated (enough). Hotel is located uphill. 15 minutes to the city center, street next to accommodation is very silent. Breakfast is okay, more modest, but all basic stuff is there.
