We booked a room to sleep for several hours after an red-eye flight and arrived around 5 am. Despite the ungodly hour, the front desk person greeted us warmly and was very hospitable. The hotel is in an old (100+ years) brick building, so expect a grand staircase and high ceilings in the rooms. The renovation is very good, everything (including A/C) works well, and there's very good water pressure in the shower. Despite the 11 am formal checkout, they allowed us to stay till noon to have more sleep. The location is pretty central, steps (or short ride) from the main attractions, although the area itself is residential, not touristy (a plus, as far as I'm concerned). I won't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonable accommodation in Tbilisi.

The location is great, the host is considerate and attentive, the room is very big, as is the bathroom. There’s kind of a cafeteria on the ground floor where you can make tea, coffee from the coffee machine, take any cutlery that you need and sit at the table. The facilities are working properly. Though the furniture is a bit old, the hotel is well-managed. There’s a city view, you can see the old streets from the balcony.

It was cold, though the central heating was working (but wasn’t enough to keep such a big room warm) and there was an additional heater (couldn’t save the situation either). Probably, only the air conditioner could help in such case, because in the centre of Tbilisi cold conditions at homes in winters are often a problem.

The location is particularly good,keep quiet in a noisy neighbourhood It is just one step away from the dry Market, German Consulate, and European Style Street, making it convenient for eating and drinking. There are also small supermarkets and bakeries at the intersection. We walked to all the scenic spots and it's also very convenient to go to the airport. We can exchange 333 for 337 at the entrance. The hotel is a red brick old building with local characteristics. The room is very clean and the heating is excellent。There is a charming small restaurant on the basement level, and the owner generously provides coffee, tea, and kitchen supplies. Breakfast and afternoon tea can be self-service here, and please clean your plates after meals. Boss Levin is very good at English and is a very friendly person. He also handles some convenient management details very well. We are very grateful that he perfectly answered all our questions and provided great help for our trip. You won't often encounter employees here, which is very free and undisturbed, but you can seek help through phone and email.

Immediately upon entry this hotel feels like a home. It’s impeccably clean, the owner is extremely hospitable, friendly and willing to help. There is a lovely kitchen area in the basement where I can make my own coffee from a machine (tastes very good) and cooking and cleaning facilities. The best part about my stay: the room. I booked a double room with en suite. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve visited over 30+ countries. The room was cleaned every day and restocked with necessary toileteries and fresh towels. The room was very well air conditioned and the radiators were on when it was cold outside. I have absolutely zero complaints about this hotel!

Nothing - it’s perfect for a short-medium-long term stay in Tbilisi.

The owner was very nice and kind. And his sense of humor was superb! His vibe had lifted up our minds after the long tiring day. He also helpful and provided us free storage service to make us more comfortable when we were leaving to Mestia. The room was clean and very comfortable. They have heatings both in bedroom and bathroom. The hotel located nearby freedom square and also not far away from Pasanauri Restaurant. Overall, this place was worth the pay. I wish I reserved more nights staying there.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property. Everything was much more than I expected. They didn’t have an elevator (just like most of properties I’ve been to) but they offered the 2nd floor for us. so it’s ok for me and my parents to walk up there.

Great location: a 10-minute stroll to the city center. The room was much bigger than expected; the bathroom was especially spacious. It has a bath and it's a wet rooom (an extra shower). The owner was super friendy; he even treated us with some ice cream. :) We communicated in Russian.

The furniture is a bit outdated, but it's functional.

The location of the accommodation is really good. Within a few min you are at the square which connects you to every part of the city.

The outside looks are a bit rough but do not let that trick you. This place is really good and has everything you need.

Nice and cosy hotel with free tea, coffee and wine available at all times. The location was close to the city centre. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

My friend and I stayed in room 10 on the third floor, the wi-fi there does not work properly, also there were spider webs in our room and even outside our room right above the door.

Spacious bright rooms. Room had small balcony coming to quiet street and some city view also could be caught. Friendly simply organized check-in procedure - you can proceed directly to your room upon arrival regardless what time of a day you arrive. Free tea, free coffee, sometimes soft drinks Location is close to the city center and it's quiet area same time. Hotel management ready to help you almost with any inquiry.

The best advamtage of that hotel is Levan, the manager of the hotel. He is very helpful and he makes you feel as if he is from the family. Hotel location is pretty good. We reached every place easily. Room was very clean. The hotel has a wine buffet in the bottom. You can taste the very delicious eihte wine freely. Also you can take coffee and tea freely. And also the cat costa may want some food from you. Dont forget to feed him. He likes to be touched and loved like all animals.

Steps makes a little bit noise but it is not a such big problem. Cost/performance level is on top.
