The room had good view...staff was good especially Deena helped us well with the room cleaning and khatouna too. Staff at the breakfast counter were also really cooperative.

* The bathroom smelt pretty bad everyday * It was very cold at the location so need to provide with atleast 2 heaters instead of one. it was cold on the other half of the room. * The spring beds were uncomfortable

Quite nice breakfasts: several kinds of local cheese, smoked meat, honey, chocolate spread, olives, tomatoes, Russian salad, orange and cherry juices, yogurt and many more. I only expected fantastic fresh Georgian bakery and the one served everyday tasted like it was from yesterday (quite dry). Good location, 15-20 min walk from main attractions, on a hill with a panoramic view of the city from the restaurant on the upper floor. Refrigerator and electric kettle in the room. One welcoming tea bag for two guests, two coffee bags, three sugar packets (corresponding to three tea spoons), and two half-liter bottles of water. Electronically controlled room temperature. Free parking places usually available on both street adjacent to the building. Rather quiet place in spite of being very close to the downtown.

Cups in the room were dirty, shower cubicle half-open, so taking a shower without wetting the entire bathroom floor borders on the miraculous.

What stood out immediately was how clean the room was. We really appreciate cleanliness, so this made us feel comfortable right from the start. The room had all the necessary amenities and was well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast served was tasty, although the spread could benefit from a bit more variety. They had the basics like eggs, toast, and fruits, but adding a few more options would make the breakfast experience even better.

The only downside was the location. Though the hotel is easy to find, actually getting there can be a bit of a challenge due to the traffic or road conditions.

Smiley staff. Nice city view. Close to city center. Lots of nearby tourists spots, etc. Great experience!

I mean they could change sheets with the room service however its understandable given the amount they charge and the strong weather conditions. No complaints overall.

If you want to be near city center and 90% of main places of Tbilisi, then this hotel is for you! Location is perfect, as rooms - very clean and big. Personal is very friendly, especially women from housekeeping. And take this hotel with breakfast, because it was so delicious! Ve recommend this hotel 100%

Facility&room were exactly like photos uploaded by hotel. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff was nice, smiling and friendly. Breakfast was alright. Location was in walking distance to city's main attraction points. Considering the price and performance it was good.

Our room in fifth floor was a bit noisy because of the dining room nearby, during breakfast hours and in evenings. The hill from Kura riverside up to the hotel was a bit difficult to climb for walking guests like us.

The hotel is pretty cool and most importantly clean! Alina met us at the reception, she was super friendly, very helpful, gave all the information, advices where to go and what to see. Breakfast is included, and it's pretty good, satisfying with a good variety of choices for all ages. Definitely will stop here again once we are in Tbilisi! Comfortable small hotel....well situated for exploring old Tblisi. Breakfast was very good - but unfortunately wasn't available until 8am. The excellent reception lady arranged for us to have takeout picnic boxes for breakfast.

Taxi drivers found it very difficult to locate (we decided better to walk down to the main street in the rain to get a Bolt ride to the airport). Arriving for the first time (we returned for a second stay), the taxi driver drove in circles trying to locate it, despite us providing Google maps for him. Smoking in the breakfast restaurant. Yuck!

Comfy and clean. Needs a microwave to at least heat food

This has been my second time at the Old City Boutique Hotel. Floor 1 (my second stay) seems to be a bit noisier compared to Floor 5 (my first stay) due to housekeeping and water treatment and/or sewage facilities (this is just my guess as to what's behind that Authorized personnel only door, but it sounds like sewage processing facilities). Breakfast is served on a panoramic terrace, which is great. The food selection is decent for the price range. All the personnel are very friendly. Payment by credit card accepted with no problem. WiFi connectivity performance: Floor 1 - good, Floor 4 - poor, Floor 5 - good. The bed was great, the mattress is perfect. Complimentary water 2 pcs, complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Having your private kettle in the room feels great. Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush. Will come back again 100%. See photos, note that I had I kind of a private patio accessible right through the window. That's cool as well. Overall, 9.5 out of 10. If it's your first time in Tbilisi, I suggest paying a little bit extra for a room with a view.

The coffee machine keeps breaking down, and you have to be lucky enough to get it to work. Nothing major to complain about.
