The inside of the hotel was great, clean and estetic .The view from the roof top was amazing! The pool was very cleand and the kids had a great time.The room was surrprisingly big , comfortable and very clean!!! You can cook your own food as there is a stove and the cluttery you need for it.But no dishwasher.

The area was a bit too broken but it was expected.Tbilisi is old and most of the places are like that. Nevertheless the hotel was very good. *The matress is very hard so be mind to it if you like soft matress...wifi is a bit weak and frequently disconnecting which was a bit anoying.

Room was nice and clean, good location - outside of the center, but not very far, grocery store 2 min away and few some restaurants 3-10 min. Very friendly and kind staff. Breakfast was fine, just don't hope for good coffe, there is no coffee machine, just instant coffee. There was room cleaning service and towel changing every morning. Very nice shared garden and terrace with beautiful view. Rooftop bar/cafe did not work, so do not rely on it. Overall hotel was definitely worth the money we paid.

Hotel should update booking information about rooms, couse there are a lot of false information - We stayed in Family Suite with Balcony - there was mentioned that there will be 2 double beds, instead there was 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Also in room description there was mentioned that there will be Coffee machine, fireplace, terrace with garden views etc. but not the case. When i asked if they gave us the right room, they said yes, so the information in description is wrong and should be updated. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, so if you're a light sleeper it could be a problem.

The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming, especially with our little ones. The room and common areas were nicely decorated. The breakfast was good and quite varied. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities. A very nice rooftop bar was being built during our stay.

The main thing we didn't like was that the pool which was part of the reasons for which we chose the hotel was not in use (although it looked like being from the website). There was no washing machine in fact, as again seemed to be the case from the description of the room (nor the possibility to do a wash load, just individual items). Also the wifi didn't work well all the time. The location is a bit outside of the center, but not very far, on a hill overlooking the old town. I somehow had the impression the cathedral should be in the old town, as it is many cities, but this is not the case here (so don't make the same mistake). But the hotel is still very nice and they are working on making it even nicer!

This is a wonderful hotel, the rooms have big private balconies, looking towards the cathedral with the huge golden dome. The area has great access to Avlibar metro, 10 minutes walk, and there are buses right outside the door. Medan Bazar in the heart of old town 25 minutes walk. 9 by public transport. Rooms are big, with nice decor and quality linens, super bathroom. Balconies overlook a beautiful garden with plenty of shady seating. There is a cute swimming pool with loungers. A fantastic roof top lounge bar, with incredible views across the city. And to top it off the staff are great. Special praise to reception staff, Anna and Tamara, so friendly and helpful Anna special thanks for the hand dipped strawberries and ice cream. Excellent value for this quality.

We really enjoyed our stay on the Hotel Livin, we felt like we were at home. Big thanks to Eleni, she was excellent, very professional and extremely warm, our kids really liked her and even spoke with her after we left the hotel. The hotel is simple, but very comfortable and has everything you need. Good location, just next to the big cathedral and not far away from the old city. I can recommend this hotel for the families.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and well-appointed room, and bathroom. Air con was absolutely essential as we were here in the summer, and it worked very well. Lovely balcony, with SUPERB city view. Very pleasant communal outside area downstairs, with comfortable seating; would be ideal for hanging out with friends who were not staying with you. Daily housekeeping is a very welcome service. The daily buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT. Location pretty good - about a 20min walk from the main area of town - we liked this as it was a quieter area, and still easy enough to get into town. But worth noting as was not particularly central.

**Swimming pool is not heated** Mattress a little too firm, caused backache. Some other guests had a tendancy to be unnecessarily noisy late at night - often slamming doors very hard, for example - but that was not the accomodation's fault - just inconsiderate fellow guests!

Nicely located on the hill - recommending taking a room with city view. Right next to Trinity cathedral - from the terrace there is an incredible view of it. Rooms are clean, stuff is very friendly and helpful. We came by car and could just park on street in front of the hotel. Old city is reachable in 15min, the walk to there is nice. Breakfast also good!

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Livin! The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast they served each morning. It was not only plentiful but also offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff was incredibly cheerful and attentive, which added a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. One thoughtful touch that I particularly appreciated was the cart they provided for my child in the room. It made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Speaking of the room, it was spotlessly clean, and I could tell that the hotel takes cleanliness and hygiene seriously. The service throughout my stay was prompt and efficient, making me feel like a valued guest. All in all, Hotel Livin exceeded my expectations, and I left with a smile on my face. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service and a delightful breakfast!

There was no lift to go on other floors. It was tough for me with luggage and kid

the front garden is a lovey and quiet place. the rooftop terrace has an outstanding view.

you must bring your luggages up all stairs. there is no lift or bellman so be prepared.

Friendly and kind staff. The breakfast is delicious and there is a variety to choose from each day. Nice garden area for hanging out. The entire hotel including the pool is clean. Great location for exploring Tbilisi by foot or taxi. Balconies offer beautiful views of the city.

Wifi connection was good in the room but weak on the balcony.
