Amazing place. The facilities ok. Cosy beds, nice airco system. Super views from the balcony. A large variety for breakfast. Helpful staff! We highly recommended it!

It's not necessarily that we did not like it, but for some the location might be tricky. It wasn't an issue for us though. :)

This brand new hotel is in a nice district of Tbilisi. It is a good place to stay. I really like the roof top restaurant. It has the best view of Tbilisi you can imagine. Also the food is very good there.

Unfortunatly, the good breakfast is served in the basement, while the most beautiful roof top restaurant is closed till 17.00h. This would be the perfect breakfast location.

A nice small-meidum size hotel just out side of the old city of Tbilisi. Looks like it was renovated or built recently. The staff was very friendly with great English and was quite helpful with tips for restaurants and activities in the city. We had a twin room which was spacious enough for 2 people with a great balcony with views on the city and the river from one side and the big Cathedral on the other side. Besd were very comfortable and the bathroom was big, clean and new with great water pressure and lots of toiletries. Both the hotel and the room were very clean.

The hotel is located on the other side of the river from the old city. About 10-20 min walk (depends where you are heading in the old city). Taxis are very cheap, available and fast (using Bolt app) so it's not really an issue. Breakfast was nice and fresh and the staff of the restaurant were very nice. Coffee was great (they have a good espresso machine) but the food variety wasn't great. The pool is in the basement floor, not a big one, with a few sun beds around it. It's not the highlight of the hotel but the kids enjoyed spending some time there with friends and it's a nice refreshment mainly in summer when Tbilisi can be super hot and humid.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location (not too central, but within walking distance from the city centre). The staff are very friendly and even let us check in early, which was very welcome as we arrived in Tbilisi at 6am and were very tired. The whole hotel is very clean, comfortable and the facilities are excellent, with everything you could need in the room. There was a beautiful view over Tbilisi and of The Holy Trinity Cathedral from our large balcony. We were even given a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates, as we were celebrating my 30th birthday. Overall, a really lovely stay with no issues whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Tbilisi! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how conveniently located the hotel is, making it easy to explore the city. Great value for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Breakfast was lovely with a mix of continental and local items pastries, croissants, Georgian dishes like khachapuri, fresh salads, cheeses, sausages, and a selection of veggies. Looking forward to coming back again!

I do a lot of business traveling and usually don't leave reviews on the hotels I stay in. This location was so close to being perfect that I had to make an exception. Breakfast was outstanding in its quality and I liked that it wasn't one of these overloaded buffets. The selection was on point including non-meat options and the possibility of getting a personalized omelet (which was amazing!). The coffee was prepared by hand (grinding the beans + frothing milk) and not by one of those fully automatic machines. My suite was clean, the view was stunning (sunrise and sunset), and no dents or scratches on the furniture. Nothing looked worn out. The 24-hour reception was a big help (and greeted me with a smile every day) when I decided to check in several hours ahead as my flight landed at 6 am and I desperately needed to sleep. Communication with the management for special requests before my arrival was to my fullest satisfaction and the responses came back quickly. Housekeeping did an amazing job and when I returned in the afternoon my room looked like I had just arrived. Also, the cushions and blanket smelled fresh everyday but not in a strong chemical way but just fresh like everything was hanging outside in the sun for the whole day. So did the towels. The shower was clean without any mold on the fugues or lime on the shower head. The hospitality in Georgia and at IRIS Hotel is amazing and I have never experienced something like this before.

WIFI wasn't stable all of the time but I could work without any major disruptions. Parking in Tbilisi is tough but everyone is flexible enough so I parked on the side of the road/sidewalk. The neighbors' dogs can be a little annoying during the day but when the windows are closed you barely hear them anymore. The desk was a little small and the chair a little hard to sit on after a few hours but the bed was so comfortable that I just worked from there.

This hotel is fresh new and up to standards of international 4-star: Personnel is helpful and supportive. Ameneties are new and expensively designed. There's an indoor pool. The rooms are decent size and very comfortable, I was really pleasantly surprised, having in mind great value for money. Parking for a car can be found opposite side of the hotel.

Hotel is not exactly in most glamorous neighborhood but it was no problem actually. Old Tbilisi is still about 15 minutes away by foot. Adding own restaurant / cafe would be nice in order not to go out for food.

Accomodation: checked-in fast Breakfast: you will have a plenty of salads, sausages, croissants, khachapuri, veggies, etc. My wife very liked the cappucino! Staff: very kind and friendly guys! Location: Our plan was to be near to the House of Justice, cuz we arrived to get married (done ✅). The hotel is kinda near to the old city, but it will take some time to get there cuz of hills. p.s. There is a pool! Every time we were there, it felt like its a private 😅😅nobody was there but us

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel itself was very clean, and the room we stayed in was spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. Its location near the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi was perfect for exploring, as it was close to many key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel celebrated our wedding by sending us a bottle of champagne and chocolate. This thoughtful gesture brightened our day and gave us a lot of positive energy. The breakfast offered a comfortable and convenient time window, running from 8 AM to 11 AM. Additionally, the barista made excellent coffee every morning as part of the breakfast which rarely can be seen in any other hotel.

The variety of foods at breakfast could be improved, as there were limited options to choose from.
