This is an honest review about this hotel ! After reading reviews of this hotel, i made a booking for 1 night stay wondering how it will go After reaching there i met the owner of this hotel Mr.Edward and his mother, the duo was so kind and friendly and spoke English very well English , which is very necessary while here in Georgia I booked an Economy single room, the room was clean, the bathroom has essential amenities like Soap, shampoo, 2 towels, bath mat and yeah Hot water for shower After such a Homely feeling and kind behaviour I then decided to stay for a long time here, i booked this hotel for 8 days and didn't have any problems during my stay Can cook your own food, having a washing machine in the common area, Strong WiFi, 24hrs supermarket just in 50mts, Near Avlabari Metro Station Recommend and will definitely visit again 👍

This hotel in Avlabari is a great price/performance. You can walk to the city center in 15 minutes or take the metro for one stop. The back balcony offers a view of the Mother of Georgia statue, and the friendly receptionist who works the night shift, along with their generosity and cleanliness, make this place deserve even higher praise. Room was really big with an exterior balcony which had a lovely night-time view of the TV tower and Mother Georgia statue, and the hotel is literally round the corner from the main national cathedral "Sameba". The staff are really nice and I was offered space to store food etc if I wanted in the kitchen. The hotel is within a couple of minutes of Avlabari metro station which is one stop away from Liberty Square (€1 for a day ticket), but is totally walkable from the city centre attractions too. There are any number of little bakeries and coffee shops and grocery stores in the local area as well, and a khinkali restaurant and a local little home cooking cafe within about a 2 minute walk. Would be my first choice next time I'm in Tbilisi.

My recent stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The quality of the bedding was good, and I slept comfortably every night. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and having a kettle in the room was convenient. Bath was clean. The hotel is situated in a nice location with a pleasant view from the windows, and the atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and welcoming. I even decided to extend my stay for a bit longer. The price point of the hotel is reasonable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I found that there weren't enough shelves in the bathroom for my toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed that the walls in the hotel are quite thin, which means that noise from adjacent rooms can sometimes be heard. However, despite these minor issues, the hotel staff were quick to address any concerns I had and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would also like to note that the hotel seems to be constantly improving, and I did not notice any of the issues mentioned in earlier reviews during my stay. It seems that the hotel staff are working hard to address any concerns and improve the guest experience.

We were welcomed by very nice receptionist. Rooms were spacious and quite clean. Beds were comfortable and AC was working. It was also super cosy to sit on balcony and have a wine. Downstairs was kitchen available and also near by it there was best shawurma ever

I would suggest to refill toilet paper or make it available for guests to grab it. It is not convenient not to have it available when needed 🥹 Also there was no room service to throw rubbish bins etc. There was no mountain nor city view as promised

Very very friendly owner of the hotel. She warmly welcomed us a few hours before our official arrival, reserved a parking space for us in front of the hotel. In between, she cleaned the rooms, asked us every time if we needed anything else. She explained everything we needed. The location is very good for exploring the old part of Tbilisi. I highly recommend it.

When we reached, the host offered us a welcome drink of local wine which we loved - both the gesture and the wine. It was refreshing after a long journey. The neighborhood is fine and close to the Europe Square of Tbilisi from where you can take the ropeway to the fortress. Many nice restaurants are there in the neighborhood and overall a very pleasant experience staying there. The view from our window (room 11) was good as well. The room had a kettle, and the hotel has a kitchen which you can use.

The bed can be improved in room 11. Otherwise all good.

Well, I stayed for 5 days and here’s my opinion - staff were good and helpful. - fully equipped kitchen. - room size was big . - location is perfect there’s a park, supermarkets , restaurants, pharmacies and metro station in 5 minutes walking distance. For me the price comparing to all it worth it 100%

- walls very thin you can hear everything outside like it’s in your room. - last two days the Wi-Fi was disconnecting 70% of the time.

Not new but clean place for staying near the city center. All required facilities are ok. Very pleasant personal. City center is in walking distance.

Some facilities need repair.

calm at night; clean room; spacious; looks like recently renovated fresh condition of room, fresh wallpapers; friendly and polite reception (indeed 24h check-in, I arrived at 2am)

I had better room than in photos, though cannot complain, probably it was renovated. Wi-Fi exists, but I didn’t check. wifi password paper is in corridor outside of the room — not a big problem, though usually Wi-Fi credentials are located in room. I didn’t check Wi-Fi, as next day I’ve bought a SIM card.
