The hotel is in a good location, it is close to the old town, a 15-20 minute walk. Near the hotel are shops and a mini market for fruits and vegetables, as well as a beautiful church. It is in a relatively quiet place. Breakfast was OK, although it is the same every day in 90% of cases.A girl who wakes up during breakfast in a restaurant is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and wide. The room was spacious, the bathroom the same.

Our room was on the 4th floor and was not very clean. When we entered the room, there was a full glass of pickles on the terrace. And under the chest of drawers next to the bed was a bottle cap that had been there for the entire 12 days of his stay. The room was not vacuumed at all during our stay. And we found 2 out of 4 pillowcases torn. It can be seen in the pictures. The mini fridge in the room did not cool even though The breakfast bread was a bit stale.

It’s really nice hotel. Good location, close to metro station and old Tbilisi with lots of shops around. Only 2 min walk there is a beautiful church-cathedral, huge territory with parks and lots of green. Interior of the hotel is also modern and has nice furniture and big rooms. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a nice view on a city. Breakfast is also delicious, doesn’t have huge variety, but same time got everything you would eat for breakfast. Staff is nice and friendly. After staying in various hotels in Tbilisi, this one made a really good impression, definitely will come back!

Everything was fine, but only one thing, WiFi was slow

Good size family room. Very clean and comfortable beds & linen etc. Loved the view from the rooftop. Excellent place to spend an evening with a beer / wine. Disappointed on the lack of furniture at the rooftop though. Breakfast was sufficient...when considering the price.

The staff can be more friendly and smile a bit. It felt like talking to a prison guard at times. The location is OK...this hotel is in a relatively congested and older area. Its about 5 min walk to the metro station and once you cross the main road, its more polished with cafes, wine cellars etc.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Orden Hotel for three days, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a mix of modern elegance with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights after a day of exploring. The bathroom was pristine, with plenty of fresh towels and high-quality toiletries. breakfast—delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety of options to start the day. The location of the hotel was ideal for my trip. It was close to several key attractions, and I found it easy to get around. The staff were also incredibly helpful in recommending great local spots to visit. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my time in Georgia. The Orden Hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Same breakfast for all the days

Very good hotel. The room size is OK. Tv with youtube and heating are available. Ground is covered by wall to wall carpet. The bed is comfortable. High level of cleaning. Hotel is located at the heart of the city and is close to everywhere in the center. Many shops and supermarkets are located in the near vicinity of the hotel. Kind and helpful staff, speaking many languages and even informing about availability of your room before the check-in time. Hotel has a very pleasant terrace floor also.

The hotel is new, the room was very nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed - just like in the pictures. The staff was helpful and the hotel also has a garage which is useful if you are traveling by car. The hotel is located only a 15 min walk to the city center (Rike Park & Bridge of Peace) and only 5 mins from a metro station.

Breakfast starts at 8 am, but it takes about 10-15 mins more till the staff has served all the food and coffee to the buffet table - to us this was a bit annoying, especially when you have something planed for the day and need to be on time.

Comfortable well appointed room. New and in good condition. Good wi fi, nice shower. Good location easy walk to metro and city buses. Shops and restaurants all around the hotel.

There were cups and a kettle in the room, but the hotel doesnt provide tea or coffee - strange for a hotel of this class. Room relatively small for the price. The front door of the hotel is an automatic door, and the noise it makes opening and closing whenever someone enters or leaves, can be clearly heard early mornings and late at night - very disturbing. Not a good design decision.

The Hotel is located near the metro station, but have its own yard, so it's pretty quite in there. We booked standard room, but manager offered us cost-free upgrade of the room, and so the room had extra space :) I like that there is good coffee point just near the hotel, so you can drink a cup of coffee and taste good dessert. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and comfy, shower was great warm and good water pressure (for those who leaves in Georgia it is valuable thing :)). Besides shower gel, shampoo, we received toothbrushes and hair conditioner, bathrobes. For this price it was great.

As for my taste: breakfast was slightly different in those 3 days, but it could be richer.

Breakfast was not too impressive, very little fruit and stale bread. We also got our laundry there, after being told it would be returned to our room in the morning it never was returned ams we had to retrieve and reception where it was given back wet and prices were a rip off, especially as it was returned wet.

Comfortable, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very accommodative if you have some health problems or preferences. Convenient location, close to old city and main attractions. There is a coffee shop in the same location where you can get coffee and delicious dessert, also soup, salad and more.

Would be good to have coffee machine and different milk for breakfast. But there is a coffee shop in the same location where you can get coffee.
