it's an old and small hotell with good location, walking distance to Old Town but still on a quiet street. got a free room upgrade. had 2 different rooms here for 2 nights each. Rooms were decent for that price. breakfast was ok. good pressure in the showers. owner is nice, speaks good english and easy to communicate with. Definitely price worthy!

the smell in the bathrooms. had 2 different rooms and there was a smell from the sewage. the ventilation in the bathrooms helps a bit, but not enough. but keeping the door closed you dont feel anything in the room itself. second room wasn't cleaned properly as the first room.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The entire place was spotless, which is always a top priority for me when choosing accommodation. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. We've had an excellent experience! The location is great! The room was big, clean and the beds are comfort. The stuff is great. When we requested breakfast earlier than the usual timeline, they gladly accepted. The breakfast is very good, there is a wide variety of food, and the menu changes daily and that's a good refresh! When we asked them for remaining our luggages in the hotel after check out for 2 days, they said yes. We'll definitely come back!

Just to note, I am South African. My comments are based on value for money "you get what you pay for" and in this case you get MORE. Host Maqa is wonderful, gave a free upgrade. Room compact but neat. Satellite channel, so have some english news....if you want? Shower is good and water is contained so that it does not wet the whole bathroom floor as many do....at budget level. Exellent mini buffet breakfast and a packed meal on early departure. Location perfect, near metro and bus stop. highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

The best choice for your stay in Tbilisi. Large and spacious rooms. Next to the metro station. Delicious, homemade breakfast. Friendly, welcoming and always willing to help staff. A good example is the hotel owner herself who explained in detail how to find a bus to other parts of Georgia. Also, after my check out, she gave me her phone number in case I needed anything while in the country. I will definitely prefer it again on my next trip to Georgia.

The location is close to the Rike park and the canle car. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty. They prepared full table for the two of us. The staff is very friendly. Plenty of free parking space on the street. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Very cozy and nice hotel, it has best location, max 20 min from the all main see sights, hotel is very nice has all facilities, AC which was very important, weather was very hot. Delicious home made breakfast and environment. Stuff was very friendly and lovely, especially ZAZA. He is such a nice man, who was trying always helps us.

Walls are not sound insulated. Noisy, rude nejghbor made one night start at 4am with no reprieve even after confrontation and message to staff.

The rooms were very neat,clean and comfortable for stay.The hotel is very strategically located with Avalabari metro station at a walking distance.The hospitality was amazing from all the staffs.The owner herself took extra care including direct connect with all the guests,as I could find,to ensure all services are satisfactory.I would surely reserve again during my next visit.

However, there was only one lady who spoke English, and she was at the hotel only in the mornings. The bed sheets did not seem quite clean, as there were holes in them
