Lack of variety in the buffet during breakfast

The hotel was exceptional, young people and couples friendly. The vibe is great. Very friendly staff and specially the guys at the reception, shout out to Luka. The cleanliness is great, bedroom space and the view were amazing as is for the wide menu for the breakfast. It is located just a hundred meter away from the Avlabari metro station which is very useful for the transportation in town, and only 15 minutes away from Tbilisi airport and 5 minutes walking to the Kuna river and the parcs, and most importantly it is worth the paid amount... Amazing!! Will check in for my nezt visit to Georgia 🇬🇪

Great atmosphere and location. Not so good room service. Nice and clean hotel within walking distance of the Old town and metro station Avlabari. Standard room with a king-size bed was quite comfortable for a family of 3 (2 adults and 5yo kid). Friendly and hospitality reception staff. We spent four days in winter. It was cool in the room. No central heating, the only air conditioner. Breakfast was good, with fruits (apples, banana, oranges), fresh juice, coffee and tea, really tasty omelet, bacon. Excellent internet connection.

We were a bit disappointed with room service. It was not so good as in Holiday inn hotels I stayed before in different countries.

It was clean with good location , supportive team, breakfast was good , they manage to get me interconnected rooms for my kids . And allowed me to stop in front of the hotel

Smoking in the path room was very annoying. Especially when you close the door. Although it is a non smoking hotel.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Holiday Inn Express Tbilisi Avlabari. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I loved the bed – it was cozy and gave me a good night’s sleep every day. The bathroom was clean with all the essentials available. The breakfast was great with a good variety of food, and the coffee was just perfect. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the hotel, which made my stay even more relaxing. The location of the hotel is excellent – close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made it easy for me to explore Tbilisi. Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely come back again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

Foot it's not mention halal or haram

The customer service by the front desk staff was exceptional. They ensured that our needs were met during our stay. There was one member, her name started with N (Nara I think) she was amazing from check in to check out.

The offerings for breakfast were poor. We expected more. Even though it's an Express hotel, what about cream cheese to have with the bread? The eggs were not kept in hot water, so they were cold. Who eats rice first thing in the morning? Just scrambled eggs (which did not look appealing). My group had to go and complete having breakfast somewhere else.

the location was good. The room size was small but very clean and well maintained..Some of the front office staff especially nata was really helpful and tried to solve our problems.. The breakfast was decent and filling and the staff were competent .

No help to carry luggage to the rooms especially for old people like us. The room size is small. There is no cooked food available at the hotel after 5 pm although there is a lounge .

Me and my family recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Avlabari, Tbilisi and were impressed. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff members were not only kind but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome. Special mention to Mariam, Naira, Koba and many others. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Tbilisi it was conveniently close to lots of attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area without any hassle. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming hotel with a perfect location.

Absolutely amazing hotel. New, clean, and comfortable. Nice staff, very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is cross the road from underground station, and location is very central. As it is not in an "old city" center, it is rather quiet. If you like international hotels - it is your choice in Tbilisi. If you do want to have "local vibe" in Sakartvelo, it is not the best choice as this hotel is very international. I adore this brand, and were not seeking authenticity this time, so I was more than happy about that.

As Avlabari district is under construction, immediate surroundings are a bit worn out. No SPA but it was known from the start. Pricing is high, but it matches the level of comfort. No rooms with a balcony if it matters for you.
