The ambience of the place is relaxing, if you love plants and flowers, you will appreciate the stay. A spacious receiving area in the reception. The place is clean, also there is a tortoise freely crawling in the garden 😊

Nothing. Just want to comment the motion sensor light in the hallway going to my room. There were instances even i arrived late at night, i think it doesnt sense someone is walking(even my footsteps were loud enough 😅) so it was dark.

Everything was perfect for me. Breakfast was plenty with a variety of options. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like you're at home. The area is nice and very close to the Avlabari Metro station, also a few minutes walk to some sights as well. Overall I think it is an amazing hotel and can recommend it to anyone.

All in all it was a good stay. -The location was good, although we stayed for one night just to have a sleep so the location did not quite matter. -The room had a high ceiling which I love, the sheets were clean, there was a bottle of water, cups and an electric kettle. -The breakfast could be better, it was a self-service, but for the price I think it was quite descent with options to choose (if you are a vegetarian, you won't stay hungry)

Quite central in its location while in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was very good. Room was super spacious. And the personnel very helpful.

Not having restaurant for lunch/dinner seems a missed opportunity as they have very nice facilities for it (and I got the feeling the cook is good :) ) Erratic pattern when it comes to making up the rooms (we stayed almost 1 week) but nothing dramatic for us.

The room was huge! Staff was nice, limited English but manageable with Google translate. Very nice breakfast, clean room, good facilities. Supermarkets and metro station is nearby. Currency exchanges are also very close. Enjoyed the stay and recommend it!

A bit noisy in the room as the street has cars passing by and you can hear them even late at night. Not a deal breaker for us because room was very nice for the price.

This hotel located in the old part of Tbilisi, Metro and old city is in few steps away. Very pleasant atmosphere, nice inner garden and fantastic terraces on the floor 4,5,6. Tasty breakfast and you can ask to cook luck for you - it will be wonderful Georgian home kitchen for very fair price! Nice shop on the corner, belongs to the same family. Kettle in each room, so if you a fan of coffee like me, you can enjoy coffee on the terrace whenever you like...

Equipment needs small repair: Shower cabin leaked, shower had a drip, terrace door had a crack, there was no grate on the drain hole. Internet connection is not stable at evening.

The place quite which will allow you to have a proper sleep after a long day, the place is not far from the center it cost 4-5gel to reach main attractions like liberty square, narikala fortress etc.

location I am staying at same hotel since 2013 whenever they have availability allowed late check in but after some pushing which is Ok considering the rate

the room I was staying at seems to be worn out, it needs a good wall painting and the hotel generally seems to be on a cutting cost side no tissues in room , no dental kits, no shower gel only shampoo however its clean and good for sleep and shower if you are spending your day outdoors anyway

Location it is near from all. I discovred the main spot in Tbilissi by walking The woman in reception is very kind and nice The breakfast is delicious
