Love the location of the hotel. It is located in a central local area with lots of restaurants and cafes around. Room is very comfortable and clean. Love the terrace!

Lotus Hotel was fantastic! The owner was very kind and friendly, and the room was beautiful and really cosy. The location was great, right next to a metro station and a short walk from the centre. Amazing value for money!

Worth noting there is no food available at the hotel itself, the owner also owns a restaurant next door but I did not try it. When I arrived the reception was empty which was a little concerning, but I Whatsapp messaged the number taped to the door and the owner came immediately.

The owner is friendly and very kind; he generously gave me some wine Good size rooms and bathrooms both of which are spotlessly clean It’s a brilliant location. 5 minutes from Avlabari metro where I arrived from Yerevan, used every day to travel around Tbilisi and started a tour from one day. Perfect. Also 5 minutes from the airport bus stop. I had a room at the front and for its location in a busy part of Tbilisi it’s very quiet at night 2 minutes from the cathedral So good, when I knew I was coming back to Tbilisi I booked again. Nice outdoor communal seating area to relax in

I liked it so much o stayed twice! Large room. Bed and shower both great. Family who own the property are friendly. Fantastic location. It’s 5 minutes walk from Avlabari metro. For me this was brilliant as it easy access for the rest of the city, where the airport bus goes from and where a tour I took started from. Lots of the sights are an easy walk plus the huge now cathedral is 2 minutes away Also… eat in SAAMO opposite. Amazing delicious Georgian food. Huge variety, reasonable prices, great Georgian wine.

Most of the main attractions are walking distance from the hotel, a lot of restaurants nearby and a very quiet surrounding. Clean and spacious rooms plus beautiful Garden sit out area and the owner is very friendly Definitely booking this hotel on my next visit

The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was nice as it was close to the centre and local attractions.

Incredibly kind and warm (and funny!) owner. Did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We could even check in at 8am, which was very welcome after a long flight. Great location, lots of food stalls and shops in the area. Recommend!

Located right next to the famous landmark Sameba-cathedral the biggest church in caucasus. Restaurants, shops, underground and oldtown within walking distance

The room was newly renovated and clean. The location is good and close to a subway station. The family that runs the hotel were accommodating and made my time here much more pleasant.
