My stay at the Address 9D Hotel was a truly blissful experience. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and impeccable facilities made it a memorable stay.

The hotel is fabulous and the staff are excellent. They work hard to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. The rooftop overlook is a wonderful addition. What a great place to relax at the end of the day. And the food was tremendous. They served a great breakfast every morning.

The only thing was not excellent was the neighborhood which is undergoing renovations and improvements. This is not something that should deter guests. It is a very safe area but some of the neighboring buildings show evidence of damage apparently from the earthquake a few years ago.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and always smiling and such good polite people. I actually made friends with them and had long discussions few nights in a row. The guy who helps to carry your stuff most generous guy I have ever met. The entire hotel staff is great always willing to make your stay as great as possible and make you feel comfortable. The hearty breakfast in the mornings were amazing. The rooms were modern and quiet cosy I liked everything about this beautiful hotel.

The location is good close to the city centre and you can walk to most destinations from there but the view from the rooms are not good because its located around a compounded area looks scary but it was very safe.

Everything is great! The hotel is very new, with spacious and comfortable rooms. There is a nice rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the city and the cathedral. The food is amazing, also with many wine options! There is a wine cellar in the basement that adds a special touch in the hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Nothing..everything was great

Everything! From the minute you walk in, the hotel smells wonderful and you’re greeted with the warmest smiles from those at the reception. I arrived several hours before check in and they were more than happy to accommodate me earlier. The room itself was stunning. So spacious and comfortable, I slept like a baby that night. They even have Netflix available on the TV! Breakfast is plentiful and everything was delicious. But most of all the staff is wonderful! I was only there for one night but they made me feel so comfortable, they were welcoming and kind.

Nothing, I only wish I had stayed for longer!

perfect location in old town, wonderful staff, very comfort bed, and clean & big room and wonderful breakfast. good view on roof top of hotel (5th floor) staff is very nice, introduce room and terrace in roof top and super service mind. he noticed that we are going to outside. he come to walk with us and explain town story and introduce a lot and tip for the way to go big church, river, market. we feel really nice. 9 days in georgia, we vote this hotel is number 1 for us.

It is a beautiful modern hotel.Quiet neighbourhood.About 15-20 min walk to the old city and center destinations. Very nice staff, polite, mannered, great service. Room is cleaned up each day, very nice lady who cleans the room, she needs a raise 😁 You have pretty much everything you need in the room, it is cozy and comfortable, with a small balcony. Breakfast is ok, not to much choice if you are wondering,but per general tasty. We are satisfied! Thank you a lot Address 9D.

Breakfast were freshly prepared and well presented . The area is too relaxing and very homey .Food were properly cooked as we can see how eggs were boiled properly . A variety of food selections were presented nicelly . Even the food are in the same variety daily , they are all tasted delicious that made us to enjoy more. Staff are so family friendly and their tour guides are so hospitable beyond expectations

For development of the hotel , we do advise to add some sound proofing in the rooms for we heard noise from the other side of the room .Sound proofing will be nice .

We arrived at the hotel very early. We wanted to leave our luggage but the receptionist offerded us a very nice breakfast. Our room was already ready when we finished our breakfast. The breakfast was excellent. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was tea, coffee and water in the room. The hotel is very close to everywhere. You can walk everywhere.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.
