First of all I want to thanks to all staff members who work in this hotel for making our stay smooth, comfortable and enjoyable! Reception members are helpful and speaking English very well, house keeping members are cleaning very well, kitchen team made breakfast very delicious. We received from hotel a cake with wine and nuts for my birthday which is amazing. Our room category was Suite so we had a 2 washrooms, 2 TVs (one of them is smart TV), shower, bathtub, balcony with amazing view, coffee machine, sofa, baby crib etc. Room has a two different types of sockets: double and triple holed. Location is amazing, near to the hotel is Carefour supermarket, park, Italian restaurant and in a walking distance to other restaurants etc. In the lobby they have umbrellas for rainy days. The thing which I would add it’s AC, which we can’t control in our room, so when it’s hot in the day time we feel hot, at night it’s in heating mode which was good, but hotel must switch it during the hot time for cooling mode or let the guests do it by themselves. Note, that on the check out date you will need to pay for water which is not a big deal but still not really necessary to charge your guest for 1-2 bottles of water.

The hotel provided a pleasant stay for six nights with my grandma. The room was clean and modern, featuring comfortable beds and an A/C that kept us warm during the winter nights. The location was ideal—set away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, especially towards my 75-year-old grandma, making our stay even more enjoyable. A complimentary airport pickup was also a great convenience, simplifying our arrival and adding to the overall positive experience.

The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t meet my standards. While they served smoked salmon and a cheese platter, we noticed that the food was left uncovered, causing it to dry out. It also seemed like the leftovers were reused the next day, as we could see dried edges on the slices. Additionally, my grandma experienced some stomach discomfort on the first day, though it could have been due to travel stress rather than the food.

There is not much space to park the car in the street, but there are a couple of places available in a covered courtyard adjoining the botel, with direct access to the reception, and where the staff allowed me to park my car. that was very convenient.

Perfect hotel, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bed was fantastic. Bathroom was clean, spacious, and modern (especially love the bathtub and toiletries provided). Staff was efficient and friendly, and even let me check in early. And the price is very competitive for what you get.

Everything was perfect

I like very comfortable and clean room!!! The room service is very good the front desk works 24 hour very polite , speaking and english and russian. Room has amazing view to city, ther were allt he toileteries that you eill need very clean bathroom! Breakfast was 10 from 10 in very cozy atmosphere, there was a plenty of variety of food! I do recommend this hotel and will come back again !

The room and view was superb.The twinkling lights of Tbilisi! The breakfast was one of the best displays and varieties I have ever seen.The lovation and value is unbeatable. I went to a two hour church service on Sunday up the hill at the great Trinity Church and it lies a mere ten minute walk away. If yo go to Tbilisi...stay here. The hotel shuttle to the airport was cheaper thsn a taxi

We stayed for 3 days here. Staff were excellent and very supportive. Facilities were good and clean. Only thing I would like to change is the AC should be in normal mode and let the customer adjust according to his comfort. The AC was running on Heat mode.

Not many options in the restaurant for vegetarians.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and respectful. secondly: The hotel is quiet and clean, there is complete sound insulation and the heating system is very good. Breakfast is varied and rich every day. Also the room size is very suitable.

I liked everything

Great Hotel, slightly away from the city center, Rooms are very modern and clean. We loved the balcony in our room, provided great views of the city. Staff were very professional and courteous, especially the Front desk staff. Breakfast could use some improvement, especially a live counter for eggs.

The brand new hotel. Clean and neat rooms. Balcony with amazing view to the mountains and town. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All staff of the hotel is friendly, helpful and professional, they can speak English. Was amazing to get the nice present from the hotel for our marriage. Laundry service is available, WiFi is covering all property.
