Good location near metro, groceries stores, some restaurants and close walk to old town. Friendly staff and ok simple breakfast. But it's good to know that it is more like bed and breakfast instead of actual hotel. Cozy and quiet place, proper shower and very good wifi. And my room had a big bath. Bath tub was missing plug but I got it from the staff.

It was pretty cold in the room even with the heater on (it was 22C outside daytime!). After bath/shower the humidity was very high even in the morning after several hours.

Clean, lovely family breakfast, small object, working AC, close to city center, price / conditions on really high level, the room was clean. Hot water (we were there during summer), quite small bathroom, but it fulfilled our needs. Large bed :)

Wonderful place. I woke early and went for a smoke and the host brought me a coffee. Nice decor and good breakfast.

All good, although location is down a rough backstreet and initially i thought the place was abandoned.

Very excellent location and services/help provided by Vadim (administrator). He is very polite, confident and reliable, he provided requested number of rooms, beds, local guidance as well as currency exchange USD/GEL. Price and discounts also here and much better than in guest houses. Definitely I will back, Tbilisi and choose Boutique hotel Avlabar.

The staff where kind and hotel facilities were excellent

the neighborhood was old and there were old and dilapidated buildings around the hotel that made the place look bad.

It was quiet and yet close to the city centre. I was the only guest in the hotel.

The amenities were basic, even something like an electricity adapter was not available. If you have international guests, it important that these things are taken care of.

The staff are incredibly kind

The owners are very kind, the room Is so clean and quiet with a cozy atmosfere and furnitures. Quality-price ratio excellent.

I didn't find towels in my room.
