Location, terrace are amazing.

Stuff and food. Well, we went there with my dad for a short trip. Dad is 70 and doesn’t know English. Because of the complications (let’s call it this way) in Russian-Georgian relationship stuff doesn’t speak Russian, though they can speak it. For me that was not a problem, but for my dad definitely. I needed to leave one day earlier then he, so staying alone he had problems with communication and food. It was oversalted. And he was very disappointed, though was I. So I wish, that the personal could be more friendly and low their arrogance. Also for such an amazing hotel, the restaurant quality is low.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was excellent, with lovely decor in both the lobby and my room. Its location was ideal, making it easy to reach all the places I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The restaurant offered a spectacular view. I highly recommend this hotel for couples.

It appears that the hotel rents out their terrace for events. During my three-night stay, two of those nights featured events. I had planned to work in the restaurant in the afternoon and evening, brought my laptop but I discovered that preparations were underway for a birthday party. Then, I had to relocate to my room to work, which was inconvenient. Later, the noise from the music disrupted my concentration and I couldn't work properly. I would not recommend this hotel for remote workers.

I absolutely like the place. It's well designed and location was perfect for me. I really like the view, balcony and size of the room. Stuff is also friendly. If I will visit Tbilisi one more time I would definitely stay the same place.

During my stay was few days of very loud parties from the hotel side. I think it's quite unnecessary and nobody inform me that they are going to arrange party. The breakfast is good, but definitely not for the people who like variety. Daily +- same food. But tasty.

the hotel is cool, the service is good, the people are wonderful. questions for management. Make the menu work everywhere and around the clock. And so that the guests staying at the hotel come first, not the banquet guests. Invest a little in the kitchen, it used to taste better. And your hotel can be the best in Tbilisi. The hotel is located in a central but not a crowded area. It was well-decorated for the new year holidays. The staff welcomed us with complements and presented a bottle of champagne and chocolates on the new year night. The staff very friendly. It was very warm in the room in winter time that is quite rare for the city.

The breakfast is overall good but more variety of food would be better. I mean scramble and boiled eggs are served every day. This can by quite boring. The bathroom equipment needs repair. And the slow draining bathtub should be also fixed.

Margot old Tblisi is one of the prettiest hotels I have ever been to. I am coming from Dubai and the hotels standard here is really high and I can tell you this hotel exceeded any expectations from every aspect. The staff without any exceptions were extremely kind, nice and professional The room is huge with a beautiful view The room is warm enough but not too hot The whole hotel is beautiful and relaxing and it feels like home It is 10 mins walking to the metro and bus station as well as the old city where h can take the cable car to mother of Georgia. Overall I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back

The selection of breakfast can be better for none pork eaters

The room was comfortable and big. The view of the river was so picturesque. It's in a nice location. Around 30 minutes walk to the heart of the Old Town but there are nice restaurants, salons and shops nearby in case needed. The staff were very helpful and organised. Even if they didn't know the answer to something, they would offer to help find out. The hotel itself is gorgeous and they'd decorated it very nicely for Christmas. The terrace in the room was a good size. The room had a small coffee machine and a kettle and a fully stocked minibar and a safe deposit box, comfortable robes and a hair dryer. The breakfast had a lot of variety and I liked that they had labels for the dishes (a hotel we stayed at in Gudauri didn't do the same).

If I'm being picky, there was some room for improvement, but it didn't hamper our enjoyment of the stay: I'd have preferred actual bedside tables rather than the cushion stools they had as I was worried about spilling or knocking things. The safe deposit box wouldn't open but every time we needed to open it a member of staff was there within minutes to open it for us. They could have had more variety for mains on the menu. And when I ordered a chicken ceasar salad they didn't have it in stock. The double bed was two singles pushed together, with two single duvets.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was top-notch, and the staff was exceptional—always helpful and friendly. The location is about a 15-minute walk to the main tourist attractions, though part of the way includes a steep uphill climb. However, if I visit Tbilisi again, I would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended

Tbilisi is not the cheapest place to stay in Georgia if you are looking for a 3 star plus hotel but it is a unique and special city. This was my second time in town but it was just a drive through. Well, there is no simple drive through Tbilisi at rush hour, it's a tricky place to drive a car and the Google maps can only do so much for you. I had a car and missed the place a few times due to one way streets and some bad GPS directions but it's actually very easy to find if you have a sense of the place. I booked ultra short notice and the staff was totally on it, fully expecting me when I arrive and greeting me very kindly. Nothing but true hospitality. The kind people give from their heart, not because they have to. A perfect stay for me, good value for the money, amazing views form the room, parking, and great food at the restaurant (I was too tired to walk into Old Town). Everything I needed at the moment, delivered warmly with real hospitality.

Location is fantastic, design-chique, food-good quality, very delicious. Service is also good. You get the best quality for a fair price.

Maybe few little things to improve: Two small tables around the bed would be quite useful to keep small things on. As well as a small table on the terrace would be a great addition too, so you can have a cup of morning coffee there. And the last thing is extra light in the douche. The curtain looks stylish, but extra light be helpful. Further absolutely nothing to add
