The room was cleaned so well! I felt really good there. It smelled fresh. It was large with a beautiful view. The staff helped with everything I needed. They can speak English. Breakfasts - big choice, they are ok. Remember you are in Georgia and there are Georgian cheeses, yogurts and spices. If you want European find breakfast downtown in a restaurant.

It is sometimes difficult to find the person at the front desk. The pool is a minus - it did not look as clean as the rest of the hotel. On TV only Georgian or Russian channels.

The room is very comfy and big with a good view from the balcony. The sauna was good too and the breakfast was superb.

The temperature of the pool was a bit low so not ideal for swimming and the jacuzzi was not working. Staff at the reception was difficult to find both in checkin and checkout.

The staff is amazing, they are very helpful and spoke very good english. Lasha was exceptional as he guided me to some exceptional restaurants and attractions. The indoor pool feels cozy and feels great after a long day of exploration. The breakfast had some simple but good selection. The view from the top floor is amazing in the morning hours, overlooking Tbilisi and the mountains.

The door to my room did not close properly and had broken wood falling out. The light in the bathroom was out. The balcony was so small and had the AC unit on it so it wasn't really a good place to sit.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the lobby area. The room is good too, however it needs a bit of renovation (wallpaper, for example). Also there were no spare outlets, you have to choose between plugging in your chargers or bedside lamps. Not a big problem, but slightly annoying. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable. The view from the room is awesome (4th floor) and the balcony is very nice (but the balcony rail is quite low, so keep it in mind traveling with children). The staff is very nice, speaking both English and Russian, so we didn't have any troubles communicating. But the best part of our stay was breakfast. It is served on the 6th floor with a breathtaking view on the mountains. The food choice is very diverse and the quality and taste are great. The food and drinks in the restaurant are also good (and the prices are reasonable), but the waiting time may be long. The spa area is quite small but decent. You can visit it till 23 in the evening, so the chances of having it all private for yourself are high.

The hotel is located in the old neighborhood with many shabby buildings which may be a bit intimidating at first. But it is a 5 minutes walk from the modern area, so not a big concern. The shower is strange. The shower head is attached on the top so you can't move it which is annoying if you don't want to wash your head. Also, the shower door has a big gap and a great deal of water spills on the floor. Jacuzzi was not working during our stay.

Staff: Many thanks to Mikhail, who works at the bar, helped us call a taxi and escorted us to the exchange office. Breakfast: Good continental breakfast, be sure to try the quince jam. Room: We checked in at night and at noon the same day the room was cleaned again.

Transfer: I ordered a transfer from the hotel, the driver arrived at the airport, but he didn’t wait for us, when I called him to clarify where he was, he started talking about the rules, that he waited only 50 minutes, and we were delayed only because we had been waiting for our luggage for a long time.

Very quiet location, well-designed and air-conditioned large room, all the amenities were there. Hotel has a small spa (swimming pool and sauna) and a bar at the premises. We also liked the provided breakfast very much. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, we appreciate an excellent recommendation for a city guide.

I've booked a room with two beds for two people, however by our arrival only one bed was installed. The issue was promptly fixed though.

The property is clean and well-maintained. They offer great amenities, including a sauna and a swimming pool. The rooftop view is stunning, and the buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious. Front-desk staffs are very polite and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and even extended it for an additional two nights. I look forward to visiting this property again in the next few months.

The rooms have a vintage style, which unfortunately makes them less soundproof. Loud conversations from adjacent rooms can be clearly heard.

The breakfast was very good every day. The staff was very kind. The location was great!!! You can walk to a lot of places or use some app, easily you can reach any place in the city. The staff cleaned our room every day. Definitely if we go back to Tblisis, we will choose the same hotel!

The position of the WC in our bathroom was not totally comfortable, also the door of the shower.
