The check-in process was effortless, and smooth, with professional staff. Friendly, helpful, approachable staff who go the extra mile to ensure we're comfortable, warm, and happy. They made arrangements at short notice with our rooms, ensured we were warm, and had suitable facilities. The restaurant staff were friendly and informative, and it was fancy. The view was one of the best in Tbilisi, on their terrace, of the river. The hotel was in a great location for convenience stores, churches, and it was close to small, quiet parks, the Bridge of Peace. A short bus/taxi ride gets you to the centre of town/Rustaveli avenue.

Loud bass music Friday night. Mouldy courgette for breakfast on one morning. No vegan/fasting menus, and sometimes the staff didn't understand my requirements but when they did they were friendly and informative. There didn't seem to be three restaurants as stated, but instead it was a breakfast bar that doubled as a restaurant.

Absolutely stunning hotel in Tbilisi. Nice and stylish design. The staff was always very friendly and helpful when greeting us, and when we would ask for things like more shampoo, they were quick to assist. They also gave us sight-seeing and restaurant tips. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The view from Tita Terrace is amazing with delicious dishes. Luckily, the hotel was nicely located in the middle of everything, we were a short walk from all of the places we had hoped to visit and thanks to the lovely front desk people, we learned of many more. We’ll definitely be staying in Tbilisi during our next trip - hopefully it’ll be soon! Me and my family would definitely come back!

They have a bidet sprinkler, ironing board + iron. The bathroom design is straightforward, convenient. The internet speed is good. Restaurant provides one of the best views over the river, worth having a breakfast/dinner. The staff speaks Russian and English, and is supportive. Located close to the historical center of the city. From here it's easier to get to the airport. The hotel looks modern.

The bidet sprinkler is a bit hard to activate, because the handle is too short - might be a concern for elders. If you are with a luggage, the entrance doors are quite inconvenient to push the luggage through, because there's a slope right in front of the door, and the door opens outwards and needs to be held to be open.

Having a buffet breakfast against the amazing view of the Mtkvari River, the old city and the Narikala fortress was pleasurable. Breakfast had sufficient choices and the staff was helpful for instant requests. The location is very close by walk to public transportation choices. Also the reception helps with taxi calls. The reception staff were all warm, polite and behaved professionally. The beds were comfortable with quality bedlinen. Bathroom was nice and well functioning. Despite the cold weather, the AC worked properly to heat the room.

Beautiful river and city view from room and restaurant, staff was very nice and friendly, particularly Tiko at the reception. Hotel is new or newly renovated so its very fresh. Breakfast was great. Bed and Pillow were very comfy

The breakfast was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, It was the perfect start to the day! The location is also fantastic—situated in a peaceful area, yet still close to the city center and major attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it’s incredibly convenient. Plus, the modern design of the hotel adds a unique charm to the stay.

This hotel was close to all of the main sites, and was incredibly beautiful from the rooms, breakfast area to terrace with panoramic view! The service and staff were amazing, and they helped us pack and store our luggage to quickly make our train to Batumi. Nothing was too much for staff. Always happy to help in no time. Definitely going back. Highly recommend.
