The staffs are friendly and helpful. My son bed was already prepared on check in.

Calling the client many times to check out where as a customer I should feel welcomed and comfortable even there was a booking for another client there should be always exceptional solutions .

It was good, but it also has its downsides. The staff is friendly, near the center, you can come on foot, small shops, subway, currency exchange nearby. Small but good breakfast, there is an outdoor terrace on the top floor. Nearby, a very good restaurant with an evening program.

It is true that the room is not cleaned, but after the third day the staff apologized. Please understand that shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are not replenished. I took out the trash myself. But that's how I knew about all this, I took it with humor.

Everything was wonderful, that's why it was the 3rd visit to your hotel during last year.we are planing to visit Tbilisi and stay in Pushkin hotel once more this year may be on 15 of August and I hope you will be able to give us some discount

Good location…very close to Old City and a metro stop. Room was comfy and well equipped. Wifi worked perfectly.

It is a 3 stars hotel but can be priced as 4 , very comf. mattress in bedroom, very clean suit , if you want to have a taste of real life not only tourist part its perfect choice. Very close to metro station and a 10 min walk to old town on feet, also a very friendly lady who made breakfast , there were each morning different - great job!

maybe the part of living suite with sofa could have a coffee table ;)

It was great to do an early check-in at 6 am and immediately go to the room. Good location: not far from the airport and close to a metro station.

The Room was very clean, cozy and warm - A daily cleaning up is going on there. We were there for 7 days with a 1 year old baby and we felt very comfort - the staff helped us too much, especially when our baby gone sick - Heartfelt thanks for that. The Room interior and hotel interior design was impressive. The staff was excellent and was helpful for everything we asked for. The breakfast is not buffet, but make sure it's tasty and you will feel like at home - Thanks to Erna for these delicacies! Many thanks to all the staff, especially Racha - for the great attitude! The location of the hotel is very good, close to the center, there is also a bus and metro stop next to the hotel. We definitely will visit again! I recommend!
