The hotel is stylish, with a beautiful design and a new building. We especially liked the pleasant scent of the Zelensky cosmetics provided in the room. Also staff on reception was polite enough and open to help.

The stay was okay, but there were several issues. Daily cleaning wasn’t done properly—robes arrived late, and cups weren’t cleaned. The room had poor air and sound insulation; we could hear neighbors using the bathroom, and there was a smoke smell despite us not smoking. We tried opening the window for fresh air, but there were no mosquito nets, and stray cats tried to jump in. The location was decent, but not quite worth the price

The room was neat and designed for maximum convenience. There was a loofah and two types of hair conditioner in the bathroom, as well as hand cream next to the soap. The under-bed lighting with motion sensors ensured you wouldn’t bump into furniture. Having a coffee machine in the room with daily capsule refills was a blessing for a caffeine junkie like me. The restaurant was a little pricey but offered a wide variety of options on the menu, with beautiful botanical decor. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it.

My room was in a separate building behind the main hotel, so there was no doorman or lobby between my room and the outside. If I opened the curtains, people on the street could see directly into the room but that wouldn't be the case for rooms in the main building.

Nice suite, well appointed, with a spacious bathroom and good rooftop views over the city. The location is close enough (walking distance) to interesting parts of Tbilisi while not being in the centre of the most touristy parts (which is a good thing). The restaurant serves excellent food.

Restaurant wait staff were disappointingly shambolic in their service. I don't know if it was a case of orders being lost in translation or just poor training in customer service, but twice we had to wait unacceptably long for breakfast orders to arrive. On our first morning, my six year old had to be patient for over an hour to get her pancakes, and no staff seemed particularly bothered. In fact, when I pointed this out to the hotel's booking manager, he neglected to even acknowledge the matter. The food is good - excellent even - but the service needs a lot of work. Especially given the hotel's upmarket positioning.

Excellent staff.. All of them... Special thanks to Lucas from the reception, extremely helpful hand and always smiling like the all others.. And also the security manager and the general manager of the hotel, they helped us immediately and properly when i needed their help... this was my second time at this hotel and it will remain my constant hotel for my stays in Sakartvelo... Excellent roof restaurant... super clean rooms, perfect airconditioning, very good location... thanks many times to everyone..hope to see you soon...

Very comfortable bed and pillows, just the best. All room amentities are top level. The hotel's location is next to the city center but in a more quite place. Breakfast is delicious, a la carte, and is in the one if the best in Tbilisi rooftop restaurants. Very welcoming and friendly reception. Underground parking for free which we used. We will be definitely coming back to you. Btw while waiting for our room to get ready my wife was petting a super nice cat that ran into the lobby, the cat was cute and humble, so it gave her such warm emotions that she wants to come back to you and pet the cat again. It's your unique advantage guys!

The property is attention to details . The gym room is like a club house . The room is incorporated with local elements such as cobble stone on the wall. Amenities is high quality and location is very near to old town . We don’t mind walking as it’s away from the busy old town area .

The customer service in tourism in Georgia is relatively new . Reception need to be proactive in helping the guest with luggage to compensate since there’s no lift in another building with stairs and it would be nice if they send a message to notified us that there’s no lift to our room .

It was the best hotel experience in whole Georgia! In check in the staff kindly provided us perfect cappuccino and lemonade, the hotel have a good smell of Zelinski perfumes (as in the rooms). The room was perfectly organized - we have everything that we need! The bed was like a cloud!!! The restaurant was spectacular also. Everything was dreamy, thank you very much we will absolutely recommend to stay here! Staff 100/10 Cleanness 10/10 Style and vibes 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 100/10

The location was great, close to the center but not directly in the busy part of town. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The gym is a league of its own. Best gym I have seen in a hotel so far, hands down. The restaurant which also serves breakfast is really good. The food is really tasty. We had an issue with our room (it was a bit loud because of the restaurant on top) and the receptionist gave us a new room which was very nice and quiet.

This is where it gets weird. Overall everything was good but I never felt fully welcomed. In the restaurant I felt like the service was not great. No one really smiles, if you say thank you no one responds, I enjoyed the food but not the service. I think a little training in that regard would really go a long way. Lastly, in our second room the ac wasn't working.

Everything is above expectations, The ambience, the staff, decorations and food! I have never seen a hotel with so much attention to details! Amazing hospitality, everything was perfect. Cleanliness, cozyness of rooms is what I have never felt before. Very quiet despite being in the city center, staff is always friendly, breakfast was so delicious we even dined in in the evening. Every corner of this hotel is beautifully styled you want to take pictures everywhere. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone heading to Tbilisi

Super nice hotel with great service. Rooms are fresh and comfy, nice amenities in the bathroom and cosy bathrobes. Reception staff was very professional and accommodating. There is a big well equipped gym. Great location - close to the city center but a bit outside of touristy area. Amazing restaurant on the rooftop with great options for dinner and breakfast.
