The staff are wonderful! Sophie and Ladu were incredibly patient and supportive, and another receptionist even gave us a "lunch box" for breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at 3:00 AM. I got the feeling from the buffet area and elevator that the guests of this hotel were pleasant and nice people, mostly families. It's not within walking distance of the attractions, but by taking a Bolt ride, it will only cost around Lari 5-12 , especially when it's not a busy time.

The duvet cover and the flat sheet were too worn out and dated as if they were scrubbed, that when you are with it, It scratches to your skin, very uncomfortable feeling. There was a day the we were served a new coffee mug in the room that had a black dot hole inside that I couldn't even take a picture of and post. When we arrived we were given a room with a balcony with a backyard view of the hotel's neighborhood houses on the 4th floor which I complained about, it dismayed me, so they transferred us to the 6th floor on a room without a balcony but with at least a nicer view, and yes, with the same blanket issue.

Me and my family stayed here for one night during our trip to Batumi. Everything was good: a clean, ventilated and well-designed room with two isolated bedrooms, comfortable beds, pleasant breakfast with variety of meals, helpful English speaking staff.

The night we stayed here Georgia won Euro 2024 against Portugal, and it’s been really loud on the streets, but at the same time we’re happy to share that victory this way.

Good location, excellent facilities including sauna, great food options at restaurants. Room was also nice and comfortable. Special mention for Nika at the reception - he was so helpful and welcoming and guided us very well about places to visit in Georgia! Also the staff at the rooftop bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet was nice and helpful

While overall stay was great, the night receptionist (lady) who checked us in was very rude and made us feel unwelcome. Also the other day time reception staff also came across as a little arrogant when we asked for a copy of our hotel invoice. It felt a little odd. Other than that our stay was great!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, attentive, and communicated well in English, which helped make the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Our standard room was spacious, clean, and featured a lovely view of the mountains. The balcony added to the experience, offering a pleasant spot to relax with excellent front-facing views and ample natural sunlight in the morning. The bed and mattress were particularly comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained and generously sized. The hotel itself is modern, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and welcoming, and the shared areas were clean and neatly presented. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated approximately 13 km from the airport — a journey that took around 15–20 minutes by Bolt during the night. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a metro station located about 800 meters away. Additionally, for guests participating in guided tours booked through platforms like “Get Your Guide,” the meeting point is within walking distance. Overall, this hotel offers a good balance of comfort, convenience, and service. It serves as a reliable base for both business and leisure travelers, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

A very nice modern hotel with character, just a short walk from the main town. The roof top restaurant offers a wonderful view over Tbilisi serving really great cocktails, and the very old courtyard restaurant, Fragment was lovely, serving traditional dishes and wines, seranded by local singers. It has a cavernous atmospheric wine cellar underneath. Breakfast offered a full range to get you off to a good start. With two swimming pools and a gym, it has all you could want. Service was excellent from all the staff, and the manager Dimitri was a wonderful host who helped with us with our individual needs.

An expanded the menu range would be nice to complement the traditional dishes.

We had such a lovely stay at Ramada Hotel honestly what made it even better was the amazing staff especially Nina and Dimitri. Nina was a total gem! She helped us find great restaurants, hair salons, and gave us tips for getting around Tbilisi. Her vibe is just so warm and full of positive energy. And big thanks to Dimitri for helping us with a late check out at no extra charge it was super appreciated. The room service and food were great, and everything just felt easy and comfortable.

I liked that the room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the location was convenient—about a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to the main metro station. It’s also easy to get around using Bolt or Uber, which made exploring the city stress-free.

On the downside, the building has virtually no soundproofing. If you’re staying over the weekend, be prepared to hear the rooftop DJ even from the ground floor. The hotel also only provides one complimentary bottle of water per day, so if you drink more than that, you’ll need to purchase additional bottles. It’s a small thing, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay.

This hotel has been my go to choice last few needs, and being honest it has never failed my expectations. I have couple things to point out, firstly location which is quite decent, close to city center and all the landmarks all that in a chill and quiet neighborhood. Rooms and interior itself are very modern, clean, cozy and up to standarts. Hotel also has a restaurant, which is accesible via room service and as a native georgian i would say food tastes very good, compared to some big and famous restaurants in the city center. We pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel that is close to the city center (10-15 minutes walk). The hotel includes everything a guest needs, a high level of service, Kind and empathetic staff, wonderful spa services (swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna) for guests to use, wonderful breakfast, 2 good restaurants. I would give this hotel 10/10 even though some rooms require maintenance and renovation, but... With the help of the attentive staff, the stay becomes excellent! And it's time to thank the reception team, Mariam and of course the reception manager Dimitri, who made our vacation perfect! We stayed for a week and as a result, we added more days! A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel! We will return to the hotel again and of course recommend it to everyone!!!

All was good, breakfast was nice, a bit boring - the same menu every morning, but all was fresh and tasty, rooms were big and nice, clean and comfortable.

We got the room on the 7th floor- there is a restaurant on the 8th floor above us, so there was noise from moving tables, dancing and singing in the evening, not very loud and all was quiet after 11 p.m., but we were several times jumping from the loud noise of moving furniture. If you want quiet- take the rooms not on the 7th floor.
