I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. From the bottle of wine that welcomed me upon arrival, to the moment when a hotel staff member kindly carried my bag all the way to the taxi as I was leaving. Everything was not just good, but truly exceptional — and all delivered with genuine warmth and impeccable tact. I spent 7 days here, so I know what I’m talking about. The hotel is spotlessly clean and perfectly located. I especially want to highlight the windows that completely block out city noise - something very important in a large city. The breakfast was wonderful as well, with something to suit everyone’s taste.

We enjoyed everything about our stay — the staff was very welcoming and kind and helped in everything we needed, the provided breakfast was delicious, the room was cleaned daily, had comfortable beds and bottles of water were provided as well. The hotel has an elevator and an access to a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view. The hotel is in a good location - just a few minutes walk to the metro, with shops nearby and parking available.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located close to all the main landmark and attractions. The room we stayed in was very spacious and the hotel itself from the lobby to every room just sparkles. The breakfast was delicious, with many options boosting with grain guan authentic flavours and offered a variety of dishes every day. Where the hotel especially stands out is its staff. They all at the Marionn Hotel were kind, attentive and helpful and were the true epitome of the Georgian hospitality.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, kind and very helpful with all our requests. The rooms are spacious enough, and very very clean, The breakfast is good and fresh and there are some new dishes every morning so it does not get boring having same thing over and over. Also they can prepare omelette, if asked. They prepared a delicious veggies and cheese omelette for my husband. They do not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner but when we asked them for lemon and tea they provided us so it was very kind of them. Also location is great, so it is a great place to stay. We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great!

The bed was not the best, and a bit squeaky, but once we fell asleep it was no issue.

The hotel is well located and provides the necessary facilities. The price / quality ratio is very good. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I specifically ask for a room at 3rd floor with mountain view and they gave us that room. I recommend this hotel!

The location is very close to the center of Tbilisi and within a couple of km of all the famous tourist destinations. We almost walked to all locations and ended up saving quite a bit on transportation. The room was fairly spacious and extremely clean. The staff, along with the owner, was super friendly and went to great lengths to accommodate any requests at any time of the day. They just made sure that me and my family had a comfortable stay. We are certainly going back.

هتل در مکان خوب و مرکزيت شهر، نزدیک به مترو و ایستگاههای اتوبوس آولاباری قرار گرفته. اخلاق و میهمان نوازی رسپشن ها مخصوصا آقای ولادیمیر که انگلیسی خیلی خوب صحبت میکردن عالی بود. ساختمان نو و تمیز بود اتاقها خوب و آرام بودند. صبحانه کامل و خوب بود. به قیمتش می ارزید.

تنوع صبحانه حلال خیلی کم بود - تو دستشویی طبق معمول همه هتلهای گرجستان شیلنگ آب نبود

The room was clean and specious. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very kind helpful and considerate. The breakfast was excellent with the mixture of western and authentic Georgian food. The hotel is 300m from the town. therefore, it is very convenient. There is a Spar supermarket, money exchange and souvenir shops all in walking distance. They arrange city tours for reasonable prices. Also they do airport pick up and drop offs for reasonable prices.

The surrounding buildings of the hotel are old. Therefore, you won't get a nicer view of the city from the hotel balcony.

Checking out at 3am for early morning flight, was in the rush but was told by hotel receptionist that they did not receive payment from booking.com… want us to check our credit card statement and proof etc etc… We opt for schedule payment before arriving the hotel, I even got a payment confirmation before flying to Tbilisi, my piece of advice, pay direct to the hotel, better exchange rate and less hassle. Booking.com you could do better! Shame on you!

No more free return transfer, GEL50 each way. Use the free airport wifi and a get ride via Bolt app, opt to pay cash on arrival, it works exactly like Uber and plenty rides available.

It's a nice new hotel, rooms are big and everything planned well inside. I took it for the last night in Tbilisi to be closer to the airport. Surprisingly enough the Old city is approx.7 minutes walk and 3 minutes from Metro station if somebody is interested. Behind the big building near metro I found a simple but very tasty Georgian restaurant. Cheap, tasty, big portions!

Breakfast had all strictly necessary to be continental but if there would be a bit more variety in local food or dessert, I would give 10 in everything.
