The hotel is new and located near the old town 5 minutes walk to all attractions in the old town . The metro station is across the road which is very convenient.the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable .The breakfast was nice to start your day .If you would like a view you should book the rooms with town view .The reception was working 24 h and the staff was helpful .

Great location close to old town and shops, metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is usual but tasty and we liked that no matter when you come the kitchen had free space for our bug company. Staff speaks Russian language. We really enjoyed our stay and want to thank again an owner and staff for hospitality!

What could be improved: few tea bags or instant coffee would be great. Rooms have kettles, but without tea it has no big sense. The usability of the room entrance area: there’s ni place to put or hang jackets and you have to go deeper to a room with your wear. The beds are fine, but pillows were too big for us: to cover needs for different people I’d recommend to put more pillows with different size so ppl might choose what they like.

The breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was pretty acceptable. It would be great to have good (not instant) coffee and some pastries. Still, they did offer juice, eggs, sausages, and a decent choice of cheeses and cold cuts, which was pretty good.

The hotel had our arrival time and flight number, quoted a price for the transfer, and I confirmed it. Unfortunately, nothing was arranged in the end, even though we were arriving from abroad late at night with three children. Luckily, we managed to order a taxi ourselves and got to the hotel for a third of the quoted price. It just left a slightly disappointing feeling. Other than that, the only minor inconvenience was the noise from the busy intersection and road outside the windows.

great location- central and across the street there's a metro station connecting you to other parts of the city, very comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped- enough space for all 6 of us- full kitchen and a washing machine that was very important for us because we travelled light with no suitcases Clean and nice The staff was very helpful and kind- they helped us with making a reservation for a restaurant, we asked for extra towels and linens and immediately provided, they helped us with booking a taxi for the airport, always available and nice. The breakfast was enough for us- we eat little in the mirnings and sometimes not at all so it was sufficient- yogurts, cerials for children, vegetables, coffe and tea, juice, cheese- there waa enough veriaty for us

only one shower attached to the toilet- we were six with 3 teenaged girls so it was kind of tight in the mornings and in the showers time

The breakfast was a real bonus in this hotel. Normally when going to budget-price hotels, I don't expect much, but the breakfasts were excellent - varied, meat, vegetarian, continental etc. The location is excellent - very close to Tbilisi old town area, roughly 30 minutes uphill to Mother Georgia status, and around 20 minutes to Liberty Square and 10 minutes up the hill the other way to the Cathedral. We stayed for 3 full days, and managed to do a trip to Armenia, a trip to Kazbegi, and a full-days exploration around Tbilisi city. Definitely recommend

Nothing to say here - it's a budget option for those who that wants to get around and do as much as possible, and this is as good as option as any for the aspiring adventurer.

Very cheap and located in heart of the city just opposite metro station and careefour and with in 10-15 minutes walk lot of good Indian restaurants The staff are very helpful and good especially Mr.George and they are not behind money they are behind service

Nearest to all important locations safe for family stay we stayed in Appartment type room and the stay was very comfortable and spacious my children enjoyed having cooking range ,washing machine and minimum items required to prepare food etc TV entertainment was good and all languages available

This hotel is very near the meeting location of one of the most popular tour operators in Georgia (Gamorjoba). Very convenient and well maintained. Surprisingly, it’s not too noisy despite being so close at Avlabari Station. This hotel is also near the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Cafe Natra and Saamo. There’s a lot of local stores as well where you can buy good pastries and good quality fruits. Staffs are overall nice. Will stay here again.

The location of the hotel is simply excellent! Metro and bus station, supermarket, change, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars, the old city - all within a 1-7 minute walk. The apartment we received was spacious and well equipped - refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, kettle - and basic kitchen utensils for several people. Relatively basic breakfast, with slight variety every morning. Everything is prepared on site and everything is fresh.

There is no air conditioning in the living room - only in the bedrooms. In the evening it's just not pleasant to be there - very hot. There is only one remote for both air-conditioners in the bedrooms. Whoever is cold/hot at night should go look for the remote in the other room. We asked for some extra towels - we wanted to go to a water park (where towels are not provided). We were told that it is impossible to give - there are not enough towels in the hotel. I have never encountered such a situation. Keep in mind that the hotel lobby is locked around 00:00. In general, there is a someone at the reception 24x7, but if the hotel door is locked and he/she goes to nap/smoke/toilet - you just wait outside until he/she comes back :( There is a coder outside - but the code was not provided :(

The hotel is lovely. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The room was decorated, clean and very spacious. It suited us as a family of 5. Very close to the metro and interesting points in the city and lots of good restaurants. The staff was lovely and helpful.

Breakfast is quite reasonable and has what you need. We would have liked a little more fresh vegetables. There are enough places around the hotel to buy pastries, fresh vegetables and groceries.

Clear rooms, staff was very nice, there was a problem with one socket, which has beed solved during the same day, when we told the staff about it. The hotel is near the center, about 20-30 minutes to walk.

It was a bit noisy in the mornings because of the street and when neighbors were back home we heard it every time. The sofa bed is not comfortable, but ok, and there is no door in the shower, so the floor is wet after you take it. Breakfasts for early birds) till 10am, we decided to sleep more, so cannot say something about the breakfast itself
