It is in an excellent location - close to all the sights of the old city without the crush of crowds you’ll find across the river. Walk everywhere! But more importantly our hostess was amazing going well above and beyond to help us with our delayed luggage and seeing it through to the moment it was driven, by her trusted driver, from the airport to the hotel after the airline took over 48 hrs to get it to Tbilisi airport and the airport staff told us their driver had gone home for the day so we’d have wait until the next day (I won’t be leaving any resounding reviews about the airline!). And they sell homemade wine in the wine shop across the street that is very very good!

I really didn’t dislike anything but maybe you might find some of the street noises including people eating outside at the adjacent restaurants disturbing when sleeping. Not serious tho

Location and the room itself

The family room in the attic is perfect. It has amazing views of the old city and is very spacious specially if you have big luggages. Kitchen and dining table is very useful and the best part is the balcony. Staff is very kind and very friendly.

The challenging part is the stairs which is understandable because it is located in the old Tbilisi where there is no lift in all hotels.

The room was clean, mattress and pillows were comfortable. Excellent location. Tamari the hostess was polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The staff were quick to help with any questions or problems.

The hotel was a bit depilated- peeling wallpaper, broken step, poor air circulation in the bathroom but other than that was definitely worth the price and we had a good and comfortable stay.

Location is great, they have 2-bedrooms apartments which was great for us. Very beautiful apartment, comfortable and in the great central location.

Old renovated building, no elevator inside, only stairs. Consider this if traveling with kids

5 minutes by foot to a lot of attractions and botanical gardens. Very close to bus stations and metro stations. The room was very tidy and the host was nice and helpful.

The room was a little bit too small for two.

Very clean, excelent position and the room has everything you need. Also, there is a nice view to the old city.

The reception desk is not available 24/7, that wasn't written in the description so that made me some troubles.

Accommodation was perfectly located and the premises spotlessly clean. We had a warm welcome and the staff were very helpful. Very much enjoyed the breakfasts. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.

Great panoramic view from the terrace. (Get the room with terrace it's worth it!) Comfortable bed. Spacious clean room. Wifi is ok.

It has an amazing location, you get the finest view of the old town , mountains. Walking distance to multiple locations. Highly recommend to book this place if you are in Tbilisi.
