Gamarjoba! The location was more excellent — it was within walking distance to the city center, which we absolutely loved. We were truly impressed by where it was situated. As for breakfast, we really appreciated how the two ladies working there quickly and efficiently refilled the plates whenever something ran out — this was a big plus for us as a family. Everything was really great! Thanks again!

We would have liked to have items like spoons and knives available in the room. Also, since we are used to having a rich breakfast in our country (*Azerbaijan), the variety felt a bit limited to us :) However, we completely respect that every country has its own breakfast culture.

Amazing stay. Spacious room, neat & tidy, friendly staff & good breakfast. Perfect location as it was near to Metro Avlabari, direct bus to airport, tour pickup point, good famous restaurants, cafe, market, pharmacy & also accessible to most city attractions.

Breakfast time starts at 8.30am is a bit too late for hotel guests to enjoy their morning meals as most tour buses depart at 9.00am. Moreover, tourists were also advised to be at the pick up point at 8.45am. Ideally, breakfast at 8.00am is our preferred timing.

We love the location of the hotel and the main tourist spots and Galleria mall are just walking distance from the hotel. The metro is just across and there are many restaurants nearby. We also like that the hotel seemed to feel so new and they serve tasty breakfast. The staff are very accommodating as they allowed us to stay in the lobby and rest because we arrived early in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

We like the place because it's near the meeting points of our tours and accessible to the city attractions.

What we didn't like was the breakfast timing (8:30-10:00), since almost all our tours started at 9am in the morning, so we didn't have the chance to have our breakfast before leaving. We only had our breakfast at the time when we didn't have an out of town tour schedule. Maybe at least breakfast should start at 7am.

The staff was very proactive with communication. Reaching out about confirmation, arrival time etc. They were also very helpful about letting us leave our bags before check-in and allowed us to check-in early because the room was ready and it helped out a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful with other questions we had too. The location was great too.

I wish the rooms had more color or a bit more decorated.

Room form was a bit unusial. The narrow entrance was just enough for the pram to pass through. Good Coffee for breakfast would definitely add a few more points. But nothing of above was too critical. That's a good hotel to stay in.

The hotel staffs were very welcoming and kind, they even made our hotel stay more comfortable and hassle free by extending their services beyond the extra mile, the complimentary breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location is very accessible to the Metro, bus stops and a lot of shops and restaurants. Our entire experience was absolutely amazing, I would rate their facility 10/10. Thanks Nina/Nick/George

Location is great, all major sightseeings are really close, as well as metro station, grocery etc. Administrator was really supportive and helpful, he helped us with late check out. In fact good value for its money.

Room needs really good cleaning and bed sheets renewal. The road itself is quite noisy and busy so if you have sensitive sleeping you need to ask room with windows to backyard.

Great Location , small boutique hotel with very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel as being close to everything , yet far from the city noise. You can find supermarket and restaurants around it. Very close to Metro Tbilisi station

The mattress was stiff. it didn't help my old back pain. The breakfast area could be slightly spacious
