The location is in the heart of touristic area of Tbilisi which made it near to anywhere. In few minutes and with the help of Taxi App, we could go to any place with minimal cost. The staff members are very friendly and kind particularly, VIKA, who responded to all of our requests with a kind and sincere smile. Although the room is not so big, which is very common in this touristic area of old city of Tibilisi, it's quite, with a nice balcony, comfortable beds, clean bathroom with a rare to find "SHATAFA". I can come back to this hotel in all future visits for Shatafa availability only 😄. Internet WiFi is fast, breakfast is delicious, free room coffee is available and room service staff are cooperative and never bother you

No Ironing facility.

So, IMHO Tuta hotel is one of the best 4-stars hotel in Tbilisi. Here you can find at least clean rooms (everyday cleaning), strongbox for your documents, air conditioner for cooling in hot summer plus always fresh delicious breakfast with desserts for tea. The hotel is placed close to Riki Park and Bridge of Peace but not near to the wide and noise road so you always can open window and hear calm and silence. The friendly and helpful hotel staff deserves special mention; all of them speak english and most part of them speak russian by the way.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable, and everything has been taken care of during my stay. I would like to thank all hotel staff, particularly Victoria, for their helpfulness, paying attention to all the details and making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Victoria always have great local tips and offer exciting insights about places to visit and explore. I look forward to my next visit in the near future.

The staff is great (A big shout out out to Eaa). Location is very close to Europe square which is where you will find cable car, boating, variety of food options and its a happening place.. hotel is very new from inside out.. breakfast was limited and we did not have it because of not being sure of Halal.. no one exactly knows Halal definition, so better to avoid.. rest all well

If you are walking and old, then the slope up walk of 10/15 mins will be difficult to get to hotel from Europe square. Rest all good

The staff was always friendly and ready to help. We asked to prepare us for breakfast porridge without milk (because of intolerance) and they prepared it fast without any problems. The room is clean, modern and quite, bed is comfortable. Air conditioning works good.

Be ready that the door to the bathroom is transparent (but blurred). Also there was no wardrobe but the opened space to hang clothes. Shower cabine doesn’t have a door so the floor near gets a bit wet while showering. And the funny thing, it is written that they care about environment and when we want to keep our towels (not to get them exchanged) we should hang them - this is what we did. But every time we got complete new set 😆 which is good for us but bad for the environment hahaha . These are all just small things, in general we were very satisfied with our stay and would come again!

A Gem in Every Aspect Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Tuta Hotel! The location is superb, the staff were the true highlight of my visit. Not only were they professional and attentive, but their friendliness and warmth made me feel truly welcome. It's the kind of hospitality that goes above and beyond, turning a stay into a memorable experience., and the rooms are impressively clean. Highly recommend this gem for a wonderful experience!

The location was perfect and the staff were very welcoming and polite quite helpful in guiding. We as a family enjoyed our stay and we came came to same hotel as we were very comfortable.

May be the breakfast could have been better with more options but quite understandable as they prepare according to the number of guest.

I stayed in a family room (two rooms with a connected door) for 2 nights. I arrived early in the morning at 6am and checked in earlyThe hotel is a new building, clean and safe, location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the main attractions of Tbilisi. The staff was decent, friendly and helpful The bathroom has a bidet which is a very nice addition.I loved it and will be back.

I liked everything

It was not our first time, the hotel experience is fair and good. We were transferred to a different room and upgraded (with a balcony) without any charge due to some problem in the initially booked room. The reception staffs always check on our needs, if any, and they were warm and kind.

The breakfast menu needs more variation as it is almost the same every day. Also, starts a bit late or at 9 AM, and some guests need to leave before 9 AM for a scheduled tour or appointment - so maybe it can be moved a little earlier like the other hotel that starts at 7 AM.

Great location - staff was very helpful. Two connecting room were really comfortable for travel with family

I wish the front desk had better recommendations about restaurants, but other than that they were very helpful.
