Everything was fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and had a large variety of choices. We had the deluxe room which allowed room to sort our suitcases and they kindly stored our suitcases while we went on trips around the country. The bed was very comfortable. The location is peaceful and within easy reach of tourist highlights and the metro.

No criticisms .

We loved: - The location of the hotel which is excellent. - The helpful staff. I once asked for an iron and they gave me one on the spot. - The coziness of the hotel and its decoration. - The good breakfast. - The good level of cleanliness.

We didn’t like: - Not serving breakfast early, as they serve it at 8:30. We once had to skip breakfast because we had to join a tour that we had prebooked at 9. - The strong smell of cooking that was all over our room on one night. - The fact that our room was on the ground floor, but we couldn’t open the window because it didn’t have any security bars even though it’s at a street level.

Friendly staff at the reception (The pillows were too big and hard, and we got another ones on request), nice location (5 mins down hill to main attractions), but keep in mind to come back up hill; good breakfast, kettle, bathrobes in the room, cleaning every day

Sound proof not good, you can hear everything from the corridor; at 9:30 there were no more eggs/omelette at all for breakfast, not added later.

I had to spend there only one day and want to recommend the other guests. room for one night stay was good enough, very comfortable bed especially pillows was as fluffy as i love but it depends on a taste. Breakfast was really delicious, everything fresh and new with hot yummy dishes and flexible for vegetarians. Calm and cosy place in the very center of town, most sightseeings 5 minutes by walk. Everything clean and new. Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. I would definitely stay there again on my future vocation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. the bathroom as well. Breakfast had plenty of options, georgian cuisine and European. The location is ideal to explore the city. Staff was very informative and helpful.

Many difficulties in parking. the bed was a little uncomfortable, as it had two single mattresses. The first 2 days there was a smell in the bathroom

They keep our luggage for 5 days as we were traveling to Armenia. So we could go more lightweight, which was really nice from their side, as we could not travel with van with big luggage. Thanks a lot for this!

Everything went fine, maybe if they could be a bit more soundproof would help a lot. But still it was not too noisy. Just some possible improvement that travelers would like for sure as main priority.

Bed was comfortable, food was great, hotel was quiet even though it’s quite small and rooms are close together and overall it was pretty well maintained. Walking distance to the town centre and nearby transport links.

New shower head needed in our room but more importantly some sort of anti-slip mat in the shower is required. Extremely slippery.

The rooms are quite small, with no space for storing belongings. Parking is a matter of luck—finding a spot can be difficult, even nearby. The breakfasts are rather simple and unremarkable.

Excellent location,very nice ,clean,little hotel close and walkable distance to all attractions.The room exceeded our expectations.Nice and friendly staff. Good freshly made breakfast,we had dinner one night fantastic Georgian food ,lovely wine (a proper glass,not a quarter glass like in some places).Definitely would stay again!

If you want a quiet room make sure to book a room not on the front. Our room was in the front and you could hear street voices as a lot of foot traffic. Coffee machine at breakfast did not work well.
