My best Hotel ever . Very Clear, tidy, great Location. Very nice Breakfast. Next to our room there is a massive terrace to sit with family , to have chat . Most of all Ms Gana & Ms Maria…. They are like STAR. We have visited with my family 4 of us for the first time in Georgia due to my Son’s study. Now we feel like we have a family in Georgia. Whenever we come to visit my son we will definitely stay here again & again. Highly recommended as almost all tourist attractions in Tbilisi is walking distance from the hotel. Most loveliest people we ever met.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Old Tbilisi! I had a wonderful experience staying at this charming hotel located right in the heart of Old Tbilisi. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk away from all the main sightseeing spots, restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, hygienic, and very well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable. What truly stood out were the warm and welcoming hosts. Another highlight was the delicious homemade breakfast served every morning. It was fresh, wholesome, and a perfect way to start the day..

Nothing specific

Our stay in Georgia was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were met with incredible warmth and hospitality. The people are genuinely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, just as depicted in the photos, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the local attractions. A special mention to the owner, Gana, who speaks excellent English, which made communication a breeze. Breakfast each morning was delightful, providing a great start to our days. We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Georgia.

There should have been some activities

I had a wonderful stay there! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made a big difference in how relaxed I felt. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available to answer questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel was very nice, the staff are friendly and friendly, they take care of any problems immediately, the cleanliness of the rooms was good, the backyard is nice, useful in the morning, there is enough variety in the breakfast and it is delicious, overall I am satisfied.

In general, there is nothing I don't like

We liked the room, and the hotel. Clean room and toilet, comfy beds and enough amenities for a short stay. For those who depend on taxis and long walks, this hotel would be a good option. Location is close to the old city and if you are healthy enough, you can walk around the city without a cab. The staff helped us by providing ealry breakfasts as we had to leave early. The hotel had a nice terrace and a from there there is a nice view to a nearby landmark.

We had booked for a quadruple room, but they gave us a triple room - we realized it later only (we had enough space though for our family). Even though the Hotel advertise as free parking, there is no dedicated parking area and the hotel is located on a slope - difficult for a foreign driver to drive through these roads or even park there (very narrow road). I personally struggled a lot.

the receptionist was very nice and helpful, he helped us to curry our luggage since there were no elevator. the apartment was clean.

the room was a bit small for our family we are 2 adults and two kids but we were fine since we stayed only one night

The staff were very welcoming and hospitable and helpful, the food was decent, and the location is perfect as it is close to the old town and sulfuric baths, and near bus stations that can take you anywhere.

We felt more like Home. The Host made sure that the Stay was comfortable. The place is located near to famous attractions (walkable distance). We did get good options everyday for Breakfast which was delicious.

The staffs are kind Maria, Ghana and lady who is preparing the breakfast, good location where close to tourist spots, big room and good value for money! Highly recommended. Def will book again here❤️
