This hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, everything is within walking distance, which is perfect if you’re visiting Tbilisi for the first time. I truly believe this is the best area to stay in the city. We were allowed to check in early with no extra charge, which was a great surprise and very much appreciated. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, making our stay even more special. Also ladies at reception were kind and professional.

The breakfast was quite basic, with only the most essential options , for example, there wasn’t even an omelette available. Because of that, we skipped breakfast completely during the last two days, even though it was included in our package. Also, during cleaning, the housekeeping staff removed the key card that powers the electricity in the room, without checking if we had anything in the fridge that needed to stay cold (we had). Lastly, one of the male receptionists we encountered was not very customer-oriented, which stood out compared to the other, helpful staff.

We liked the location and for us it was very central. The room was nice, we liked our balcony because we could let the air in when we were in the room and the breakfast was ok. The hotel feels high-class but the price is not very high so we thought the value for money was high.

We felt like there wasn't enough light in the room, and the room felt very hot and dry, while the AC was not very good in getting the room cold. Since we had a balcony, we didn't feel safe to leave the window or balcony door open during the night to let the cold air in, so it was stuffy.

Location، location, and location;it says it all! Everything is within 5 minutes walking distance & lots of amazing restaurants, bars, shops & facilities around. The closeness to the Sulfur bath is a bonus. The view of the old town & surrounding from the roof top restaurant is breath taking, you can just sit there all day & not get bored! Rooms are comfortable, the hotel is big and spacious. Staff considerate & helpful. Our only recommendation is improving breakfast & providing some variety, specially as Georgia has such delicious & variety of food. Will return again to this hotel & highly recommend.

The location.

Amazing location, within walking distance to all major attractions in Tbilisi. Had booked two rooms, one of which was a premium suite - what an amazing room with a large terrace!! Loved the stay there. Having the room with terrace made all the difference in the experience.

Breakfast should cater a bit more to vegetarian travelers too. Options for vegetarians were limited. A hotel management could do better at that.

The central location, the rooms were in good condition and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The lobby was old fashioned, about 10 steps to get to the lobby entrance- not great with luggage. The food in the dining room was fine, but the food was not cleared when guests left and we found ourselves more than once surrounded by dirty tables. A number of times we had to wait 10 mins for them to fill the coffee machine or supply cups for hot drinks. The dining room staff need to get their act together.

Absolutely beautiful and the setting could not be better!

The extra costs were quite high - dining, laundry etc Compared to other options. I arrived after a trip to India to treat myself. I would have returned for another week, but felt the costs for a solo traveler were high

The hotel is in the heart of Tbilisi, right next to the historical center, Tbilisi botanical garden, and the ancient sulphur baths. Lots of bars and restaurants can be found nearby. Most of the important touristic places can be reached just by walking some minutes. Everything in the hotel made the impression of high quality standards, as far as I could see it. The bed was very comfortable, a shame that I had to get up at 04:15 a.m. to be in time at the airport. The bathroom was the most exciting, clean, complete and modern one I had in my two weeks of holidays in Georgia and Armenia. I would definitely come again.

The very best place to stay in the city! Tiflis palace became our second home. We planed to stay only for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5. So clean and nice, great view and staff so friendly we didn’t believe it. Now we don’t want to go home. The location is great, right on the river and close to all important things.

- location is superb- close to many attractions, the red bus stop and the sulfur baths in the old city. A walking distance from the funicular which takes you up to the most amazing view of the city - staff are friendly and very helpful

-breakfast had limited choices but was still good - there was a very bad smell in the corridors (something like rotten eggs), we asked about it and were told it’s coming from the sulfur baths - you get used to it after a while
