First of all, an absolutely perfect location in the heart of the city! Helpful stuff, plentiful breakfast served at the next door hotel, very clean and newly renovated rooms, and our family room decorated in a very unique way by local artist (each room is decorated by a different artist). Great value for money.

There is nothing we didn’t like, but be aware of steps and hills in the area - maybe hard with a stroller or if there is mobility issues.

Simply excellent location! In the center of the old city! Everything is within walking distance. The service was very good, the staff were kind, especially Meka and Mary who helped with everything we required, Clean and new rooms! I really don't have a single bad word to say, I will definitely come back here!

Everything! Staff and property was exceptional! Breakfast was good and different- even soup, dessert were provided. Our kids got Christmas gifts from hotel and it was so pleasant. Location is perfect-all main historical places 3- max 15 min walk.

Clean and great location. Good breakfast too. Recently opened hotel in the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. We were invited to a New Year’s Eve dinner which was a great night. Very hospitable. The food and wine was amazing along with the fireworks. There was so much food and wine.

Breakfast was amazing and location was very good because you can walk around the areas and its all accessible to the shops and tourist places.

We are on the 3rd floor and since no lift we have to carry our big suitcases up by the stairs but we manage.

It's a very good cheap hotel in the old town (it's hard to get more central tourist wise) - though mind that it is uphill (most of the old town is). The room I got was much bigger than any pictures online suggested and very well furnished, so it made for a very comfortable stay considering I was there more than a week (I think I had about 3 chairs and one sofa in a 2 person room). The decor was cohesive - definitely someone put some thought into the style of the room and I have to appreciate it. The area is calm - the hotel is on a small mostly pedestrian street, but very close to a good taxi pick up spot and bus stop in case you want to move around the city via public transport. It has a lot of toiletries provided (including toothbrushes which is rare nowadays). The reception is truly a 24hr one, so I had no issues checking out in the middle of the night and the staff was helpful when I needed anything (eg. additional toilet paper). The wifi is relatively fast too. Overall a lovely hotel in the city centre.

It is a bit noisy. I won't dock points for this, but it's something to remember if you're a light sleeper, it's just localisation which is clear on the map, but I had the bad luck of being on the ground floor next to the hostel next door so I could hear people hang out there. I could also hear the reception very well (including one of the receptionists browsing TikTok). If you need more silence to sleep I would bring earplugs, I didn't mind much. The room was not cleaned until I asked for it, I'm not sure if this was intentional - but most of the receptionists will immediately help if you need anything (toilet paper, cleaning, taking out trash). I wouldn't mind the lack of cleaning if there was some way for me to throw out trash myself and if it was communicated from the start.

The room was beautiful and balcony views of the city was great. The breakfast was not the best, and as the hotel is on a hill- not ideal for excessive heavy luggage as you have to climb the stairs and taxi drivers do not drop you off right infront of the hotel. Staff were lovely but the toilet seat was broken in the room. The TV has YouTube, which was good. There’s also a fridge in the room, free coffee/tea bags and kettle and bottles of water. The location is great and quick access to bus station and bazaar.

This is a real gem of a hotel. Beautiful rooms each individually designed, spacious and comfortable, with lots of character, storage space and armchairs. We stayed here twice in two different rooms both were lovely. Perfect location in old Tbilisi. The staff were helpful and friendly. We changed our checkout plans twice due to flight changes and they were really flexible and accommodating allowing us to check out late in the evening. Thank you for this and sorry for all the changes! Breakfast is really good and served in a beautiful atmospheric dining room. Very good value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
