Betlemi Old Town Hotel is an absolute gem — the kind of place that makes your trip unforgettable. It’s more than just a hotel; it has the warmth and charm of a guesthouse, with the kind of personal touch that makes you feel like you're coming home after a long day of exploring. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends. The lovely owner, Natalia, is truly hands-on and always available with a warm smile, a helpful recommendation, and often a glass of wine and a chat if you're up for it. Her local knowledge is incredible — whether you need tips on transportation, the best places to eat, or what to see in the area, she’s got you covered. The rooms are cozy, and the breakfasts are fantastic, thoughtfully prepared with a great variety of options to start your day right. If you’re looking for a place with heart, hospitality, and a true sense of home, Betlemi Old Town Hotel is the perfect choice. I would go back in a heartbeat!
I liked everything, just note that the steep hills of the Old Town are part of the adventure, and the vibrant surroundings make every step worthwhile.

Betlemi Old Town is an excellent little cozy hotel right in the middle of the old town, the host Natalia is very sweet and friendly, speaks good English, and incredibly helpful, ordering a taxi, valuable tips on sights, good places to eat, etc. She contributes to creating a good and cozy atmosphere on the beautiful terrace, where it is possible to buy a good bottle of wine and enjoy the view of Tbilisi, the good and very local breakfast is also eaten here. We have stayed at the hotel twice, the rooms on the ground floor are the best.
There is nothing bad to say about the hotel, the woman who helps Natalia, does not speak English and can seem a bit grumpy, but not a problem. There are too many cars in the small streets around the hotel, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town. All historical places are just few minutes of walk. The host Natalya is amazing - so hospitable, caring and supportive - she will always provide you the best service and the best advice as well. Really a great pleasure, a rare experience to meet such a pleasant person. The building is old and cozy, with nice balconies and huge terrace so you can have breakfast with the best city view. The rooms are nice - everything is in place. The breakfast is ready made just for you from the best ingredients. Natalia always takes into account your needs such as earlier breakfast and is ready to prepare it for you before normal hours. The only thing - please keep in mind that the hotel is located always on top of the hill, so, if you have some problems with health or just don't want to climb every time, think twice not to be disappointed.

Our hotel manager, Natalia, was an exceptional host. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, from recommending restaurants to planning sightseeing activities. She even offered us a complimentary two glasses of wine, which we truly appreciated. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit in the future! The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to navigate. There’s a small hill to climb, but we found an alternative path! Thank you Natalia!
A very very minor issue—the stained glass next to the balcony door let in some light, making it a bit difficult for us to fall asleep.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Natalia does her best to help customers and make the stay comfortable, giving a lot of advice about places to visit, restaurants, transportation and arranging transfer from and to the airport for a good price. Rooms are clean. Water and fresh fruits are available all the time, which is particularly appreciated during the summer. The view from the terrace is amazing by day and by night. And as a cat lover I need to mention the presence of Giorgia on the terrace, she is so cute and is contributing to make you feel better 🐈

Natasha, the host, was incredibly accommodating and felt like an instant friend in a new city. Her lovely terrace and wine selection along with great recommendations of places to go were top notch. We traveled with a large group of friends and rented several rooms from her and instantly felt at home. Definitely one of the most memorable places I've stayed. Showing up at 5am was no problem and she had a taxi waiting for me at the airport. Great location and easy walk to many bars and cafes.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Natalia’s hospitality was next-level - warm, thoughtful, and incredibly adaptable to our changing plans. She truly made us feel at home. Sipping a glass on the terrace while taking in one of the best views in town was pure magic. Our room was super cosy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place - it’s got heart, charm, and unforgettable vibes.

11/10 experience! If, by some miracle, this hotel isn’t booked when you are looking, definitely book here!? First, the location is incredible, close to everything, and easily walkable. This hotel was perfect, so clean, comfortable bed, and the balcony and rooftop were exceptional. Last but not least the lovely host, Natalia, was so kind, helpful, and accommodating; thank you Natalia for being such a wonderful host 💕
Everything was wonderful!

This is honestly the best place we have stayed at in Tbilisi! Natalia (the host) is so kind and willing to help with anything or have a quick chat. The rooms are comfy and have incredible views, just like the roof terrace where Natalia serves a lovely breakfast. The location is perfect as well, right in the old town and within walkin distance to sights and nice cafés or restaurants. The cat only hangs around on the terrace and is very cute!
Nothing.

We originally only wanted to spend 2 nights at Betlemi, but ended up spending 5, which we owe to the flexibility of our great host Natalia. She is a very good and courteous host who not only looks after the physical well-being of her guests at breakfast time, but also has some very tasty wines in her range. The fantastic roof terrace overlooking the old town of Tbilisi is the perfect place for a cozy wine hour. You won't find a continental breakfast here, but that's not necessary. Instead, Natalia serves different delicious, freshly prepared Georgian dishes for breakfast every morning. Natalia always has an open ear for her guests' questions and concerns and always tries to find a solution, if necessary with the help of her community.
