The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi Old Town. All historical places are just few minutes of walk. The host Natalya is amazing - so hospitable, caring and supportive - she will always provide you the best service and the best advice as well. Really a great pleasure, a rare experience to meet such a pleasant person. The building is old and cozy, with nice balconies and huge terrace so you can have breakfast with the best city view. The rooms are nice - everything is in place. The breakfast is ready made just for you from the best ingredients. Natalia always takes into account your needs such as earlier breakfast and is ready to prepare it for you before normal hours. The only thing - please keep in mind that the hotel is located always on top of the hill, so, if you have some problems with health or just don't want to climb every time, think twice not to be disappointed.

Our hotel manager, Natalia, was an exceptional host. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, from recommending restaurants to planning sightseeing activities. She even offered us a complimentary two glasses of wine, which we truly appreciated. The service was outstanding, and we will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit in the future! A very very minor issue—the stained glass next to the balcony door let in some light, making it a bit difficult for us to fall asleep.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Natalia does her best to help customers and make the stay comfortable, giving a lot of advice about places to visit, restaurants, transportation and arranging transfer from and to the airport for a good price. Rooms are clean. Water and fresh fruits are available all the time, which is particularly appreciated during the summer. The view from the terrace is amazing by day and by night. And as a cat lover I need to mention the presence of Giorgia on the terrace, she is so cute and is contributing to make you feel better 🐈

We originally only wanted to spend 2 nights at Betlemi, but ended up spending 5, which we owe to the flexibility of our great host Natalia. She is a very good and courteous host who not only looks after the physical well-being of her guests at breakfast time, but also has some very tasty wines in her range. The fantastic roof terrace overlooking the old town of Tbilisi is the perfect place for a cozy wine hour. You won't find a continental breakfast here, but that's not necessary. Instead, Natalia serves different delicious, freshly prepared Georgian dishes for breakfast every morning. Natalia always has an open ear for her guests' questions and concerns and always tries to find a solution, if necessary with the help of her community.

Everything!!! The view of old town Tbilisi is amazing. It is walking distance from everything and restaurants to choose from is out of this world. The host Natalia, is one in a Billion, friendly accommodating, caring, everything that you want from a hostess. The rooms are very comfy and the terrace on top give you the ideal breakfast or a nice place to have a sundowner. if you going to visit Tbilisi and property is available, you MUST take it, if you not, you gonna miss out on something special. Natalia, we love this place and we love you, thank you for your hospitality and going out of your way to make our visit unforgettable!!!

A great place to explore the centre of Tbilisi. Beautiful hotel, cozy, clean rooms. Great owner who helped us a lot with information not only about the city but also about travelling around Georgia, renting an apartment and gave us a lot of useful advice. We also had a great breakfast on the terrace overlooking the old center and the river. Thank you for a great experience.

Everything was great. It was a pity that the accommodation was not available on our return trip, otherwise we would have returned to this great hotel!

Location of the Hotel is very nice - on old and beautiful historical Betlemi street. Many nice Cafe and restaurants around, and close to the stairs to Mother Georgia and Castle. Great breakfast and wonderful view from Balcony over Tbilisi - in fact you do not need to be higher.. Owner Natalia is very friendly and nice person, cook very tasty breakfast whatever you want.

Since the location of the hotel was in the old city, it was within walking distance to everywhere you need to see. It is a boutique hotel with 4 rooms converted from an old mansion.the best part of the hotel is the manager.natalia was very interested in the whole booking process.the same interest continued at the hotel.she constantly gave information about Tbilisi.she suggested very nice local eating and drinking places.her conversation was also very enjoyable.

The hotel has limited facilities because it was transformed from an old mansion into a hotel.there is nothing much in terms of comfort in the room.the bathroom is very small.there is a curtain in the shower.if you want to take a shower, you have to wait a long time for the water to heat up.breakfast is sufficient but can be diversified a little more.

We chose the place based on two features: 1) reviews 2) views from the terrace. And the choice delivered 100 percent. Natalia is a great host, always responsive to whatever needs you have, also cooks her guests a generous and delicious breakfast. The location is super central, very easy to reach most popular sights by foot. The room was super clean (which I personally find most relevant when staying somewhere) and bed was comfortable for relaxing after long day of exploring. Cat people, pay attention - in the terrace you'll get to meet a lovely feline resident, who loves to nap next to you while you're having your breakfast or enjoying a glass of gorgeous kartvelian wine in the evening. All in all - highly recommended.

The woman who runs this hotel was born to do what she does. From the moment you arrive you are treated like an honored guest. A glass of wine is waiting for you on the terrace and you feel like you’ve entered the most charming old-world hotel. Do you need a car, or a good restaurant, or a recommendation on where to go camping or dancing or swimming? Natalia has it! The neighborhood is bustling with cafes but her little hillside nook feels secluded and cozy, even though it’s just steps from the liveliness of Tbilisi. I traveled there alone and felt safe walking home even at 2am. And don’t get me started on the fresh hearty breakfasts. A perfect spot.
