absolutely amazing! this was my second time staying here and even brought my friends and stayed longer. cleaning was spotless, changed towels everyday, and the proximity to the center of the old town is what makes this hotel even perfect. the hosts were reachable and always helpful with all of our questions and went beyond their way to help us out. will definitely choose this hotel when we come back :)

there isn’t much actually; although the room we stayed at doesn’t have much space for luggage compared to the other room i booked for my friends.

Great, modest little hotel with a personal feel in the centre of the city. Nothing fancy, just what you need. Alex, who runs the place, can also arrange private tours outside the city. He's a heckuva guy.

Bed was a little spongy.

The room is clean , tidy and good atmosphere. The bathroom is clean, good smell. There are toiletries. There are air-conditioner and heater. It's looked like the picture. The bed is good. The blanket is clean and warm . The towels are clean and good. The location is good, it's near many interesting places that can walk around. There are many restaurants, minimart, souvenir shop. The surrounding is quiet. The staff is very nice.

Good security. Good location near sightseeing site, shops, restaurants is in walking distance. It has kettle and fridge. Also it was nice to have a mosquito repellent.

It’s a little spooky walking in the night when I arrived there but it was safe after all.

- noisy: the room was very noisy. The neighbors made a lot of noise at 6:00 AM each morning and it was completely heard in my room and strongly annoying

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The room was clean and tidy, and the host is kind and available. Also, there's a very cute courtyard at the property's entrance.

My room was not very bright because the only window faced the inner courtyard. Noise insulation isn't perfect.

This is a very cute small hotel in a great location. We stayed twice and the family that own it were very nice. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the second floor rooms was much better than that in the room on the main floor. The kept our bags for us for a few days while we trekked in the mountains which was super helpful. All in all, a great stay. The arranged airport transfer for us as well.

I liked the cleanliness, comfort of the room, placement in the old part of city. Improtant that It was really warm in the room when ouside was cold. It was teapot and tea+coffee in the room, also a small fridge and this all was so usefull. And I need to mention the hospitality of people who run the hotel, always ready to help in different questions, always available on the reception. Thank you for everything!

Everything was good except that there was no normal window in this room, which wasn't mention in the description. (Window overlooking into courtyard)

The location is perfect: it’s right in the old town with many sights being very close. People working in the hotel were very nice and accommodating.

My shower leaked a little and floors in general we’re quite cold, I recommend bringing slippers.

A very friendly place! Amazing staff, helped out us a lot! We found it like a perfect place of all! Still very excited we chose this place to stay! Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, affordable, with good location - we walked mostly everywhere we needed.
