Spacious room, helpful and welcoming staff, good value for the price. The biggest room on the third floor doesn't have a balcony but overlooks the city, and there's an amazing view at night.

The hotel is located on a steep road, which is common for Tbilisi; take it into account if you have mobility issues. The breakfast was great, but only one lady was working in the kitchen, and you may not find meals ready if you arrive at around 10; however, she did her best to cook for us individually, even in that case.

Great location. At the center of old town. Location is ideal for experiencing the old town vibe.

The receptionist on the day of my arrival (sorry I forgot her name) was super nice but the receptionist next day ( I don’t remember his name m) was indifferent and not very welcoming. Teh lobby was super minimalistic and three out of 4 chairs was occupied with towel laundry. The breakfast is below average. Also the breakfast time should be earlier and not at 8:30 am considering that most trip want tourists to be at pick up spot by 8:30 am.

10 on 10 for location. 10 on 10 for the junior suite that we stayed in. Perfect for 3 people. Good views from the balcony. You can access anything from this location. Close to SK kitchen indian restaurant, made life simple.

Breakfast was decent. Although behaviour of breakfast managing staff was not that good. Note- for management keep an eye on expired products on breakfast table. Provide customer treatment training to your staff. Rest all was good.

Wonderful staff both reception and cleaning. Breakfast was great. Views. Air conditioning. Room size. Fridge. Comfortable mattress. Hotel location. Good price. Warm reception by owners and gift wine when they found out it was son’s birthday.

The bed sheets were a bit worn and didn’t fit the mattress properly. The water temperature was slow to control.

Well, that's truly a hidden gem! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, the view was fantastic, and it's conveniently located for getting to any point. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the table and chair provided a good setup for my laptop workstation. However, what really stood out was the excellent quality-to-price ratio. So if you come across a good deal, you should definitely take it!

The hotel is a bit old, so some parts of the facility feel a bit worn, which is noticeable in a few aspects. However, nothing was too critical or bothersome.

The room was very comfortable and big. The bathroom also was very big and the shower was great. The balcony from the room was small but the view was great since the teleferic was passing above us and the view of the city opposite the river was very good. The staff was also great and very smiley. Breakfast was good and had all the options from European and traditional food.

The only thing that was a bit of surprise to us was that during the three days we stayed nobody cleaned the room.

the host was very attentive friendly and helpful , I had an amazing experience staying in this lovely place, the location is amazing everything is walkable , as for the rooms it was cleaned the beds were comfortable and all the necessary utilities was there i strongly suggest!! 100% 10000 out of 10

Everything was perfect

It’s at the heart of Old Town Tbilisi. We often go for morning and night walks at ease and the neighborhood is very lively. They have free breakfast and the rooms has a scenic view. The staffs were very accommodating as well.

It’s an old building, it needs renovation and cleaning on some areas.

You cannot get better location then this. Anna at reception was kind enough bto free upgrade our room. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Netflix was available. Hot water was 24 hours and they help in anything you need. Ofcourse it was not a 4* hotel however I can say it was the best boutique hotel in this rate and in a very prime location.

Couple of things which I didn't like else I would have rated 10. Towels were like torn from the centre to make 2 towels from one. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Beds were clean but the quilt cover had a hole. Breakfast was very basic however they try to add couple of items when we requested. Overall they were very accommodating.

Our stay at Maison Boutique Hotel in the heart of Tbilisi was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially during our late check-in. The highlight for us was the stunning view from the balcony, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend
