- There was no tv in our room, but in the picture in booking.com there is - The toilet smells, there is no ventilation - There are spiders in the room - There is no cleaning service everyday. - it is mostly airbnb not a hotel. - There is no fridge - There is no full size body mirror - The bathroom has no curtain , so water gets on the floor - There is not enough garbage bins, only in the bathroom. - There is no elevator If you expect a hotel like experience, this is not your place. But if you like a homey feeling, then this is your place.

Me and my wife along with two kids (one infant) stayed in two bedroom apartment.. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with all essential kitchen amenities, and perfect for a family stay. It’s located within walking distance to the charming Old Town attractions, offering a peaceful retreat just above the buzz of the city.

Do note that the stay is on a picturesque hillside with narrow roads, which adds to the authentic local vibe. While driving and parking can be a bit tricky, we found taking a taxi back after exploring especially with a stroller to avoid the climb.

- Location is in a steep hill, therefore not suitable for people with walking problem, also taxis have trouble coming in front, and normally stop with a bit distance. - Kitchen amenities were few compared to number of people in our apartment, but staff provided us extra items upon request.

The room was spacious, which was perfect for the four of us. The views from both the hotel terrace and our room were absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well.

One downside was that the shower didn’t have a curtain or screen, so water tended to spill onto the floor—which wasn’t ideal, especially with multiple people using it.

The overall experience was good. It was specious and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was cooperative.

The location was at the height in the street with steep, which is difficult to climb by walk by elderly people or the people with health issues. There was no staff to support in luggage shifting to the apartment and lifting up suitcases by stairs was bit difficult. No elevator option was available.

This is my absolute favorite hotel in Tbilisi. I stay there for the third time. And I will stay only in it in the future! The hotel itself is just Fabulous place! Wherever you look - a picture! The Hotel is bright, full of color, wonderful! Its location is just perfect! Wonderful breakfasts, a wonderful shared balcony with a stunning view, which is so happy to sit on in the morning and in the evening! Very quiet at night! In short, an amazing place!

It would be nice to have a table lamp in the room

The location is exceptional because the hotel is in the old town. Plenty of points of interest close to it. The hotel itself attracts tourists because it has a well-known cafe. An amazing view from this cafe is included. Not pricy.

We didn't get promised refrigerator, even though it was not needed eventually. No personal balcony as it belongs to the cafe.

Very welcoming staff, nice hotel, good cocktails, perfect view from the terrace. Comfy rooms, beds, clean linens. Good location- close to the sulphur bath.
