Great location - views of Tbilisi (especially at night) were wonderful from the balcony. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the main Old Town tourist area, but far enough away that there is almost no nightlife noise. The soundproofing of the windows is also very good. Also only a 10 minute walk up the slope from the Mother of Georgia statue and the botanical gardens. Breakfast was very nice - eggs and pancakes can be made on request, but are often available anyway. Also a good selection of Georgian breakfast options, as well as the standard continental food. Breakfast was available 8-11am, which allowed us to lie-in after arriving. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom and balcony were all spotless.

We found that turning the water pressure up on the shower made it colder, so had to balance the pressure with the water temperature a little.

* Breakfast: Maybe not huge choice but very good and few typical Georgian products. Not a standard continental breakfast. More hotels should offer this. You're not coming to Georgia to eat standard stuff. * Staff: Staff was friendly. We didnt used their airport shuttle service thinking 70 lari would be too much, but official airport taxi was 80 lari. Previous years official airport taxis were much cheaper. * Room: Very clean, good bed, nice balcony with great view. Maybe not very big if you 'live from out of your suitcase' and dont put/hang clothes in the cabinet. They placed us upon request in a room on 4th floor for better view. * Rooftop: Hotel has amazing rooftop terrace were we had dinner once with own bought food and drinks. Because of the amazing rooftop, booking a room specially for views is maybe not needed if you know the weather will be good. * Location: Hotel located in beautifull old part of Tbilisi. Can be tough and steep to reach by foot when you are less mobile.

* Eventhough everything else is very good in this hotel, I had problems with sleeping because of the music coming from a rooftop club/bar down below were you enter the old part from the bridge. Although my wife barely heared it. Maybe a room on lower floors or facing the other side would be better for me.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Nice and clean rooms, great selection at Breakfast. Upon arrival our room was very cold so we asked for some assistance. The front desk was super helpful and immediately organised a heater for us. Additionally, we were also offered to be upgraded to a room with view and balcony. It was of course not neccessary but these gestures make a hotel really stand out. I've been traveling the world for many years and it was one of the most guest orinted hotel staff I've ever met. Thank you again, if it was possible would give 11/10!! :-)

The Hotel had a great view of the city from the roof top terrace. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked the quality of the shower. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and some traditional Georgian dishes as well as the usual items you would expect to find. The coffee was freshly made and not instant or from a "one button to press" machine.

No complaints. Some observations. This is a country full of places selling honey, but there was none for breakfast. Maybe only a small number of people like it on toast? Also, the shotis bread is really good when freshly purchased from a bakery and could be a good addition. There was not a good place in the room for the suitcases to be placed out of the way.

The location is perfect, in a part of the old town that is quiet due to the hilly streets, but still very close to everything. The view is great, the rooms are very comfortable, clean and practical. Breakfast is ample and is a great place to sit and take in the view before the day's work or leisure.

I don't mind it at all, but elderly or disabled guests should be aware that the streets leading up to the hotel are steep!

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Hotel up on the hill, in a pleasant residential area. I had a spectacular view from the private terrace off my room. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet, lots of vegetable side dishes to go with eggs, cheeses and meats. Also omelettes and other things made to order. Staff was kind and accommodating. They have an elevator. Walkable to all of Old Town. It was a great stay!

I didn’t mind the climb, but it is up a steep hill, so if mobility is an issue at all this might not be the best choice.

We stayed at this hotel for several nights and enjoyed it so much. The hotel has a beautiful building and the location is fantastic. It locates in the center of the old town and halfway up the hill so you can see a stunning view of the city on the balcony, but not too high and it only takes several steps to reach the street. The staff were a little bit cool but super helpful. They provided luggage storage service every time we left for hiking and upgraded our room for 3 nights. The room was nice and comfy with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is definitely a good starting and also an restful ending point for exploring Tbilisi.

One of the nicest boutique hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great close to a lot of sights and attractions as well as bars and restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony. Beds were super comfortable as well. The room was very clean, it had everything we need, they even left a complimentary bottle of wine which I thought was very thoughtful. Breakfast was great, lots of options and they were changing it everyday so it was not repetitive at all. All in all wonderful experience and stay.

Amazing views from the balcony and the roof terrace. Breakfast was varied and good. We had enough gluten-free food including freshly made omelettes and rice pudding.

A lot of reviews said this already but the room really is small. I thought we'd be ok as we don't have loads of luggage but it's really hard to find space for any luggage.
