Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Hotel up on the hill, in a pleasant residential area. I had a spectacular view from the private terrace off my room. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet, lots of vegetable side dishes to go with eggs, cheeses and meats. Also omelettes and other things made to order. Staff was kind and accommodating. They have an elevator. Walkable to all of Old Town. It was a great stay!

I didn’t mind the climb, but it is up a steep hill, so if mobility is an issue at all this might not be the best choice.

We stayed at this hotel for several nights and enjoyed it so much. The hotel has a beautiful building and the location is fantastic. It locates in the center of the old town and halfway up the hill so you can see a stunning view of the city on the balcony, but not too high and it only takes several steps to reach the street. The staff were a little bit cool but super helpful. They provided luggage storage service every time we left for hiking and upgraded our room for 3 nights. The room was nice and comfy with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is definitely a good starting and also an restful ending point for exploring Tbilisi.

One of the nicest boutique hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great close to a lot of sights and attractions as well as bars and restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony. Beds were super comfortable as well. The room was very clean, it had everything we need, they even left a complimentary bottle of wine which I thought was very thoughtful. Breakfast was great, lots of options and they were changing it everyday so it was not repetitive at all. All in all wonderful experience and stay.

Amazing views from the balcony and the roof terrace. Breakfast was varied and good. We had enough gluten-free food including freshly made omelettes and rice pudding.

A lot of reviews said this already but the room really is small. I thought we'd be ok as we don't have loads of luggage but it's really hard to find space for any luggage.

We had a lovely balcony overlooking Tiblisi. The location was good, although up some steep roads, but that is just the area, and the price you pay for a room with a view. Staff were very helpful, researching tours etc. Room was modern, clean and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable pillows we have ever had. Room was tight but perfectly adequate, however, the bathroom was very spacious.

Not the hotels fault but we booked a transfer with them. The Taxi was 15 minute late and dropped us at arrivals. We booked this hotel specifically because there was a roof top bar. However, I guess a hotel this size cannot afford a person manning a bar that is used so infrequently. The one time we went up there, the terrace was open but the bar was locked. A member of staff turned up 5-10 minutes later. By that time we decided to go into town. What I am trying to say is if you are looking for a buzzing rooftop bar this is not the place, if you are happy to wait to be served, you will without doubt enjoy the view.

Nice stay with friendly staff! I even received a complimentary bottle of wine :). The walk to and from the property, though slightly uphill and downhill, was manageable. Breakfast was excellent – a great way to start the day!"

The room (405) was a bit small, and there was no safe available. Also, the soundproofing from the corridor could be improved, as some noise could be heard. Overall, still a great experience!

Beautiful hotel with a nice view. Good mattresses and excellent size bathroom with enough space for all your toiletries.

Guests may want to know that the taxis don't drive right up to the hotel entrance, it is too steep, so you may want to rather arrange transport with the hotel who can then assist with luggage if necessary. When we arrived we had to walk up with luggage but we booked a taxi through the hotel when we departed and the reception staff helped us.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. Every one of them! It was my friend's birthday trip and I asked to arrange birthday surprise for her. The staff were happy to arrange it for a little extra, communicated very well and asked about everything. It was all done with great care down to the choice of her favorite flowers, chocolate, balloon colors. Everything was perfect. The hotel breakfast is very delicious and open all morning which was very convinient. You have to try their fluffy pancakes! The hotel receptionists are exceptionally helpful, you can ask them anything anytime (always available). The rooftop lounge has wonderful views of the city and a lovely vibe. Thanks to Max and Tamo in reception! Thank you for being welcoming and a great help when looking for restaurants, transportation or anything around town. Will definitely come back!

Nothing. The hotel is on top of the hill in the quaint artsy Jewish district. The uphill walk is sometimes a bit tiring at the end of the day, but nothing you can't handle!

Beautiful little place, tucked in Old Tbilisi, the hotel was very nice, staff are amazing, the breakfast was very good with some varieties throughout the week. Rooms are nice, a bit of a stretch if you are 3 people (adults), it will be very tight (photos looked a bit more spacious), but for 2 people it is a great place... the room view was amazing, so make sure to book the balcony one... about 10-15 mins walk to Freedom square and just 5 mins walk down to old square. hotel is a bit on a hill so last few steps are on an incline
