Very friendly staff and great location, I could see Mother Georgia from the room’s window, and everything is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. They also have yummy grapes for breakfast grown in the hotel’s yard!

The room was a bit smaller than what we expected.

The hotel was in the city center. It was a small hotel, not at the level of four stars, but neat. The breakfast was ordinary and not at the level of a four-star hotel. The view of our room was excellent. The room was a little small, but clean. The bathroom was clean. The hotel staff could not speak English except the reception

I really like this hotel. The location is very convenient, the design of the space is perfect, the decoration style is great, the room and bathroom are very clean, the amenities in the room are appropriate, there is a bottle of water every day, the wifi is excellent, the bed is very comfortable, it is quiet and not noisy. If I have a chance to go to Tbilisi again, I will stay here. The price is reasonable.In addition, after check-out, we can leave all our luggages at the hotel for the whole day without any charges.

Breakfast.

Everything was great! The staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. The room was cleaned every day very neatly. The breakfast and its staff was great. All the time someone in the reception was available, as well as a technical issue guy. The only problem was with the button of the toilet flush, which was stuck every other day. Of course, the technical issue guy fixed it the same day the first time it happened. Later, I learned to fix it myself.

The inside of the hotel is very beautiful and it's right in the center of the old town, close to restaurants, shops, and even tour agencies. It also has nice soaps in the room and comes with handy pre-packaged toothbrushes with mini toothpaste in case your luggage gets lost or you forgot to pack some.

I wish there was a bathtub. I also wish it was easier to find. Google maps took me to the back and I didn't realize I had to go through the alley or around front to get there, fortunately someone helped me find it.

It’s an excellent choice for group accommodation; the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located in the center. It is located in a very good location for walking to old town, botanical garden, peace bridge, restaurants, church, mall, freedom square, cable car, hot air balloon, etc. It is quieter than other central hotels. Cleanliness and service was very good. The room is cleaned every day. In the bathroom, there was enough toothbrush, shampoo and body gel. The shower works well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic, but breakfast is considered very good for the price of the hotel. There is a separate free luggage storage room. The price of the hotel is quite reasonable. Me and my friends loved it. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit.

The location is fantastic - in the old town of Tbilisi within a walking distance from everything - 10 minutes to liberty square, only a few minutes from lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was simple and got the job done. The value for money is great - it’s very cheap for this location, decent rooms and bathroom. In other locations around Europe you would pay 3 times as much for this level of property.

It’s more of a 3 star than a 4 star as we saw on booking, the room is very simple.
