ZP exceeded my expectations. I wanted to have the hotel in the old part and everything was no more than 6-7 walk from the hotel. The hotel is uphill but that wasn’t a problem for I have got a big en-suite on the third floor, with a big balcony overlooking the city The room is clean, with a king size comfortable bed. It has got all the necessary mods and cons to make for a really great stay I am here on a B&B basis, with a healthy and varied breakfast And all of this for less than £24 per night….The staff can’t do enough to make my stay as comfortable as it can be I have read some of the feedback, not very flattering and that is sad as for me it is 10/10 for the venue., accomodation, excellent value for money and above the lovely people that work here. I don’t know all their names but Giorgi and Mariam the reception take all my points. Other staff like the lady in the kitchen were great too The only thing I could say, and this is no criticism at all, it is up hill and not appropriate for all.

The location of ZP Hotel is just in the heart of Old Town so all the tourist attractions are nearby. The receptionist even printed out our bus tickets for the next day. The room was clean and looked like home. The bathroom was spacious, the beds were good and soft. There was a kettle with some cups and teabags, the bottles of water. As we booked the room for three adults, there was a big bed plus one separate bed. The breakfast was sufficient with a watermelom. I would recommend this hotel not only for one night stay but for a longer stay as well. It is so authentic.

The room was booked for 3 people but the towels for the third person were not prepared so I had to go downstairs and take the towel myself.

I really liked the staff at ZP Hotel. They really try their best to assist you and make you feel comfortable. The room I was allocated at first had some electrical issues, so the next day they changed my room. The view from the balcony of the room was very nice. Also, the receptionist Edita was so friendly and helpful. She suggested restaurants and traditional food that are must try while visiting Georgia. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful, especially Ms. Kate! She's an angel in human form. She was always so understanding and kind. She patiently assisted me in all my requests while I stayed there. The breakfast buffet was good and timing was also perfect. I absolutely recommend ZP Hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi.

The location is a bit difficult to access as it is situated in Old Tbilisi in the hilly area. For me it was not that hard since all taxi drivers know how to get to old town and majority of them use Google Maps for navigation. The building is old and renovated, so does not have elevators. My room was in 4th floor so I always had to climb up and down 3 flight of stairs each time. However, apart from these minor inconveniences the hotel is really nice and its location is great because all restaurants and major tourist attractions in old town are nearby, within a few minutes of walking distance.

Breakfast is ok,not too much,but enough. The location was perfect at the middle of the old town,and walking distance to everywhere.

the coffee was instant,there was no filter coffee or any other kind.

The room was big and comfortable with a balcony. Location is great just in the old city center. Also close to metro stop (around 10/15m walk) All the staff members we met were very friendly and all spoke english. We had tea in the room as well as a boiler. Also a mini fridge which was very convenient to cool down drinks.

The breakfast variety was not very big, except for the weekend, for weekdays there were less options. The mattress and pillows were not the comfiest

این کامنت رو به زبان فارسی و کمی طولانی می‌نویسم تا راهنمایی باشه برای ایرانی‌هایی که ترجیح می‌دهند، به جای استفاده از تورهای آژانس‌های ایرانی که معمولاً هتل‌های دور از شهر را ارایه می‌دهند، خودشون برای سفر برنامه‌ریزی و هتلی با لوکیشن عالی در مرکز شهر رزرو کنند. مسیر رسیدن به هتل: از سالن فرودگاه که خارج شدید اتوبوس خطِ 337 رو می‌ببیند، این اتوبوس رو سوار بشید، و ایستگاه میدانِ لیبریتی پیاده بشید (حدود 45 دقیقه راهه). از این‌جا باید مسیر نسبتاً پرپیچ و خمی رو از خیابانِ کوته‌افخازی طی کنید تا به هتل برسید. از اون‌جایی که خرید سیم‌کارت تو فرودگاه اصلا به صرفه نیست بهتره این مسیر رو به صورتِ آفلاین ذخیره کنید تا به راحتی هتل رو پیدا کنید. چک‌این: خانمی که مسئول پذیرش هتل بود بسیار خوش برخورد کمک‌کننده بود. همین خانم راهنمایی کرد که در خیابان کوته‌افخازی نمایندگیِ سیم‌کارتِ سل ‌فی هست که می‌تونم با قیمت مناسب سیم‌کارت تهیه کنم. اتاق: اتاق نسبتاً بزرگ، خیلی تمیز با منظره‌ی باغچه‌ی زیبای روبروی هتل بود. همین باغچه‌ی با تنوعِ گیاهی زیاد بین هتل و خیابان فاصله می‌اندازه بنابراین لازم نیست نگران سروصدای خیابان باشید. اگر بخوام یه نکته‌ی منفی در مورد اتاق بگم، کمی نازک بودنِ دیوارها و رد و بدل شدن صدا بین اتاق‌ها بود، که اون هم چندان زیاد نبود که آزاردهنده باشه. موقعیت مکانی: بزرگ‌ترین نقطه‌ی قوت هتل، موقعیتِ مکانی‌شه. دقیقا در مرکز تفلیس واقع شده که با چند دقیقه پیاده‌روی می‌تونید به اکثرِ جاذبه‌های توریسی شهر دسترسی داشته باشید. صبحانه: یه نصحیت از طرفِ من: حتما هتلی رو رزرو کنید که صبحانه داشته باشه. یک صبحانه خوب یه نقطه‌ی شروع خوب برای یک روز گشت و گذاره. صبحانه‌ی این هتل واقعا خوبه؛ کمی آیتم‌هاش محدوده اما خیلی خوشمزه‌ست و سرآشپز هتل هم مرتب حواس‌اش هست که اگر آیتمی تموم شد، دوباره شارژ کنه تا مهمانان هتل کم و کسری نداشته باشند. کارکنان: در این چند روزی که من در هتل بودم هر روز یک نفر پشت میز پذیرش بود که که تقریباً همه خیلی خوش‌برخورد و کمک‌کننده بودند. آشپز هتل هم واقعاً انسانِ خوب و مهربانی بود. جمع‌بندی: در مجموع اقامت در این هتل تجربه‌ی خیلی خوبی برای من بود و فکر می‌کنم اگر باز هم به تفلیس سفر کنم اقامت در این هتل رو انتخاب می‌کنم.

We were on a cycling holiday and asked the hotel if they could store our bike boxes while we cycled around Georgia and Armenia, which they did. This was so lovely and such a relief. The girl on reception was super helpful and gave us a larger room so we would have space to unpack and pack our bikes.

The constant plumbing noise in the bathroom was a minor annoyance but not a big deal.

It has a perfect location right in the center of the old city. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice. The price is very reasonable for what they offer.

There is no shelf, even a tiny one, in the shower to put items like soap or shampoo. Breakfast is rich in variety but low in quality.

Very comfortable, and at a great location. The lady at reception was very helpful and contacted me when my room was ready early as I arrived early from the train station. She was also able to answer all my questions and arrange for a taxi to the airport at the end of the stay.

Perfect location if you want to enjoy the idyllic quaint vibe of old Tbilisi. Clean, cozy and comfortable room with good breakfast. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, wine bars, books and souvenir shops tucked away in beautiful artsy lanes overlooking a serene view of the town.
